You can Ctrl+ Right Click and choose Search to automatically pull up the AH and search for a simialr item. Go into Advanced Search and drop the quality down. On NA East there's a 100 quality for 10k but there's a 90 quality for 1.7k and 95 for 6k.

Probably but if they aren't on engraving support asking them to change out their accessories will be expensive. But replacing Grudge is one of the last things to look at if they're dying. They need to work on the fight mechanics. There is very little unavoidable damage.

20 attempts on a a gate are easily reached, because there is always someone who can't do main mechanics, players are all unexperienced and on item level and therefore dps isnt high enough if multiple players die early and on JS even clear groups usually need multiple attempts to complete a gate like Valtan 2
