It’s probably roughly 2% or so depending on class

RC is an incredibly strong engraving

It’s 18% multiplicative

So losing one level of that is actually a lot

Meanwhile adrenaline scales linearly which is why having it at level 1 or 2 is very good

Some classes also play at very close to max crit and adrenaline 3 doesn’t actually do much more than adrenaline 2 especially with crit synergy

Anyway there is a reason adrenaline is pretty much the ideal +2 for just about every DPS

But honestly, the question is very class dependent

You should ask in the class channels for a more accurate answer
