I have a question about alts and KT. I want to bring my sorc alt to where my main is (1460). Can I buy gear from the AH that would bring my gear score to 1415 and then do KT to south vern?

Does it work like that? Or is the only way to powerpass OR manually gear climb from North vern KT (ilvl 500)?

I already used my story express on another alt btw.

powerpass instantly gives you the gear to wherever you pass, KT, except for north vern, WON'T give you any gear, you are required to hone to the continent's ilv to even KT it, you have to hone all the way, the gear you can buy will never be honed (from market)

KT is only a story skip, pay gold, save time, nothing more

the only KT that is "worth" to pay for is North Vern, saves you like 8hrs of story

the rest is 1 to 2hrs tops

so, you either use the powerpasses you got for free or KT to north vern (and beyond if you have the gold and cant be bothered with story)

but you have to hone for each KT

or, use the story express and do ALL manually from 0 to SV

at 5/10/15 you get engraving level 1/2/3

So... I have a sorceress and I used one of the story expresses on her. Problem is, I kind of hate how it plays, at least at the current level, which is 24. It might feel better to play at a higher level, but I also feel like it won't really change that much. Should I just delete her and make another character? Or should I at least complete the story express to get the rewards and then put whatever I can into storage for my other characters?

Since it vibrates when you catch a fish and when you can recast, it’s perfect.
