I'm having an issue where using a keybind to open a ui menu will open it for a microsecond and then it disapears. Holding the keybind down results in the menu appearing and disapearing extremely rappidly. This is true for even default keybinds like ESC to open the options menu. The issue does not occur in any other games. Any help would be appreciated. Skills which require holding input to channel also do not work as intended for me, which I think is related.
