I'm having a huge issue trying to return to the game after a many month break-
I think I've played on this pc before, but not 100% sure. I think last time I did was July or August.
Whenever I try to open Lost Ark, my pc freaks out, everything slows down like crazy/freezes, and it just does that permanently. I have to go into task manager and it shows 100% cpu usage. However, strangely, Lost Ark often only shows like <10% of my cpu, yet when I right click and close it everything starts working again and my cpu drops. It's making it legitimately unplayable, as the app never even opens. Maybe it would after some time, but my entire pc freezing for several minutes at least is not a good sign of it ever opening or being playable. I'm not sure if this is a known issue or how to fix it- I'm currently re-installing the entire game but I'm not sure that'll cahnge anything.

if the literal only thing you want is the relic gear, you can skip all the way to fetion and manually do punika and SV, or you can also skip punika, buy the t3 gear (first buy it to be sure you got all pieces and can hone asap), hone to 1340 and clear SV manually

those little bugs are so annoying to fix, it can be a million things, maybe its something corrupted (guess not since nothing appeared), it can be some weird program on your pc, it can be forced resolution in a way, or it may be something else

i would honestly try to ask everywhere, even reddit and official support if you can, see if someone has any idea of how to fix
