It’s more correct to say the jump servers will be opened up to their regions.

The jump servers will open up to their regions but stay as separate servers and rosters.

skins are usually main class specific, i.e. assassin, mage, warrior, meaning all assassins can share a skin and all mages can share a skin and also are sometimes locked to the specific subclass/advanced class, i.e. arcanist, deathblade, artillerist. skins are only usable as you've acquired per server and are not usable cross-server among any of your other rosters. if you havent reached tier 3 yet on the server you started on, i would personally recommend to start on the jump start server as that can boost you up super fast to current relevant content.

Lots of people create extra characters to earn more mats/gold and the like. If thats something you want to do, all I can say is dont take on more than you are able/have time for.
Its very easy to just make 6 characters, grind hard, but it starts turning into a job and burns you out

I would still concider the JS Servers. You get double the events, LOTS of free stuff, boosts to general rng thoughtout the game for collectables and stuff. Lots of Vets are trying out the JS servers and you may be ableto find a guild of vets

1. Does guild capacity increase by 1 per 1 level, or are the thresholds different?
2. Is there a way to grind guild xp or is it just super slow and you have to wait a week for each guild request

You can see how much guild increases per level in the UI, it increases by 2 per level under level benefits in manage. Grinding guild xp can be very slow, make sure you do all your requests, donate silver and the guild login daily. The more people you have doing it, the faster leveling it becomes

good classes are subjective. You pick your class dependingon how you like their playstyle. All classes except supports put out good dps
