First off delete all of the excess lower tier ability stones. They have literally no use to you. use up the card packs (do not use the Legendary Select pack if you have one), consume the card exp cards, get rid of all the honing materials that are not for T3 gear

My ES striker only got 400m dps without awaken skill , it seems so low

uhhh pretty sure you don't mean 400mil dps, but "typical dps" does matter a lot on how your character is geared

So the powerpass would've been sent to mail of the first character you logged on when the Aeromancer patch hit (August)

current g3, yes. old g3 was the one with stars, squares, diamonds which you have to kill (which would be current g2)
