So if you miss two days, you get 40 rested, and then the next day you do 2 chaoses, each getting about double rewards, you're essentially getting 2 days worth of treasure

doing it every 3 days gives 2 days worht of treasure every 3 days, doing it every other day gives 1.5 days worth of treasure every 2 days. doing it every day gives 1 day worth of treasure every day

doing it in a way that doesn't burn you out is infinitely more valuable than stressing about it though 🙂
