What's your roster level? It depends on a bunch of other horizontal progression as well like skill points, runes and cards. You'll have to start over(but at a faster pace since jump start gives you some boosts). Are you willing to do that again?
A single 1490 is not much to get attached to at this point. You get the express event on the jump start server as well.
But, nobody knows how well this jump start server is gonna go. It could be amazing and be a really fun experience where new/returning players start over and you can learn raids without getting gate kept. Or it could be a dead server with little population a bit down the line and you'll be stranded(although they did say they'll merge it into the other servers within 6 months and are closely monitoring it). Or it could be somewhere in between.
It's a risk-effort-reward balance you'll have to think about on your own.

However again there is always the risk of nobody knowing how well the jump start server will go. It could be good/bad/inbetween. But first day there is actually a queue on NAE even during day time. So maybe it's promising? It's up to you to access that.

You're just supposed to get x2 rewards on first 5 clears. Say it gives 8+8 on g1, then it would actually give you 16+16

Class guides tell you bis bracelet rolls, tldr god rolls are rolls, not fixed things, and it's a very very low chance of getting them
