the hyper express passes basically come out every time a new class is released and theyve progressively gotten more generous with the mats to push chars, these days ilvl 600 is basically tutorial level, you may want to restart so you can do a story pass from the start

cause the story pass wont let you retroactively claim the rewards and it gives u the ilvl stuff to push the character

do you mean like the bonus gold chests after you already left the raid? do alt+q and click legion raids, and then you should see a "view extra rewards" option in the top left for each boss

you just have to play through each story

so like you may have to redo a few continents but you will also get more rewards and it will be easier to get to 1302 on that char then u will unlock the powerpasses to boost others

but also efficiently doing rapport requires a lot of very specific and technical information so you should just hold onto the chests for later

or you can screw efficiency and dump it, up to you

best advice one can give is never use rapport chests / give rapport to anyone without checking what they give and what you need - you can lock yourself out of npcs and there's tricks with lots of rapprt chests to get past that

i was in same boat as you few weeks ago. I did new character and story express to help get through story quicker as it gives you the next gear upgrades at certain points. It helped to refresh some things, but didn't refresh me on things like honing / what end game things to do / what resources i need and how to get them. You can wait to do those until you get to T3 as well. Even if you don't do them every day you will accumulate rest bonus that you can then take advantage of when you do get to T3 and get bonus rewards.
