Generally 1-2-3 on prio are ENgravings without negative effects, unless your class mitigates those negative effects, like Gunlancers mitigate grudge, etc.

Classes like igni sorc/pistoleer deadeye, who should run spec, but need crit for effect, can go for crit affecting engraves too, making them more valuable than grudge

If you don't bind it, you can sell in AH, and people will see it as Tradeable 3 times, and won't need to pay PHEON for it.
If you bind it, it'll still say tradeable 3 times, but upon listing in AH, it'll say it is 2 times tradeable and will ask the buyer 10 pheons extra.
Not bound ones tend to sell for more, because buyer doesn't need to pay pheons.

If you're buying a bus, then yes. Typically in a bus, you just die and AFK while the driver carries. 1370s can get bussed all the way to P3.

Paying for buses is well worth it on 1370 alts.
You get a bunch of extra accessories and materials from P3 (vs P1).
As long as you pay ~2k gold or less for the bus you get more gold in direct rewards+materials.
Once your alt hits 1385 and can do P2 without bus, that's where bussing is less worthwhile.
