its probably his ISP, sometimes people have trouble with his ISP providing them the service through vpns, and some of those are amazon banned, he can do the usual, resetting his modem, flushing dns, stop using a vpn (if he's using one, at all), or he probably either wait a couple days reseting his modem every now and then and hope it soles "in its own" or talk to their isp and tell them the problem, ask if they could change something

it's definitely second slam, usually happens when boss has x2 damage buff if party has high stagger, but after that it will only grab people to kill players, so be careful with stagger as well because usually at x3 damage buff it won't do stagger check anymore, at least in my experience

well, when you finish Argos early, everyone has to confirm accepting rewards or not before leaving, if you accept, Argos ticket will be used, so if you leave Argos phase 1 with the rewards, you can't go in same week
