Good to know. Well if you're looking to start playing Lost Ark, you can pretty easily get yourself a decently set up before Feb 7th. There is currently a free South Vern Power Pass available from Souleater release in November that will bring a character if your choosing to ilvl 1415, from there you can activate the Mokoko Express (located at the top right of your screen, directly next to your minimap labeled with "Event Quest") and have additional support in honing to 1540 ilvl. As well as something called "Path of the Souleater" which provides more catchup help to 1580 ilvl.

Significantly harder than the first 2 yes, but everything is pretty fair in the sense if you die it’s your fault kind of fair, compared to brel g4 where you can get unlucky nasty overlaps

Possibly. Technically SoD Phase 1 has players "operating" in a smaller cluster of zones so any of that happening is likely to be seen far more often because people aren't as spread out as they normally would be without the level cap
