See the problem with this and having separate channels for servers is that we would have to add 49 channels that would be one for every server and with us currently close to the channel limit it's just not feasible to do it this way, many people have asked for this or suggested it and it's just not something we can do, we are looking to bring some updates to the guild recruitment on the server but this at the moment just isn't on the cards I'm afraid.

Because of how we request that every application includes their server name in it people are able to use the search function on discord to search that channel for the keyword to find posts specific to that server and this is the suggestion we recommend currently as it's there for them to use instead of scrolling.

Thanks a bunch for the reply, just figured I’d throw it out there. Glad it’s been at least been brought up prior but sucks that channel limit is a thing though it’s understandable. Hopefully the update to the guild recruitment channels helps, looking forward to it. Thank you!

Could you provide examples? Looking at one scroll page worth of posts, I see summaries plus a mention about Amazons lack of communication and issues with people dealing with CS (comments we get bombarded with every day because as you can see, people think we're affiliated with them). That post comes with a way to pick up positivity by sharing a trailer from an upcoming piece of content set to launch in Korea. This comment comes across as a perception issue.

I do agree it can be a bit of a degen zone and one asks "how far is too far" - it's not personally a channel I moderate because I'm not familiar with the scene there and often, sometimes it's best the moderation fits the general vibe, but anything that is overly sexual and would be considered NSFW ie if someone looked at my shoulder and asked me "what the fuck are you reading?" to me that's something that shouldn't be there. If you are unsure, Tubby and Kami tend to moderate that place often and you can always tag them, or you can let us know in here if something seems like it's perhaps gone too far. It is definitely something that I agree should be looked at to be toned down because especially out of context conversations can get very inappropriate and as a general reminder, we don't allow religious topics at all so this is grounds for users being warned or told directly to knock that off.

If neither of them are on you can tag me in here too and I'll grab a staff member to look at it with me and decide on a course of action to take.

I can see that, I can try to pass this on. We can freely flag for it in an emergency because it's just a simple case of us taking the role like you guys do for regions. The reason I don't flag for it is I am not an NA player, cultures are different from region to region like Europe is a diff scene to NA entirely, and I might not understand fully what is wrong and right for you guys so as a non NA player for fairness I don't flag for it or moderate the NA channels. Obviously this is a broad general explanation as is personal from my pov as to why I don't have it it's not a policy or anything. Most mods will not touch specific chats they are unfamiliar with the atmosphere in (for example I'm mostly from PvP so I leave General Chat to the mods that actually are used to how that place operates).

Obviously like for example the screenshot you posted yeah, that's disgusting for just about anyone needless to say so doesn't specifically apply to that. But I thought I'd at least give you my reasoning and perception for fair transparency. Like for a more reason example I got lambasted because I didn't handle something that is apparently perceived as a slur in the US. It is not in the country I am from in Europe (currently England but I'm Italian) so it was a difficult case for me to operate with and caused a headache.

But like for example if you tag community moderaters in na-east, only NA mods are going to see that tag anyway, as I don't have the role, I can't see the channel and thus won't get tagged.

So that would by proxy specifically tag NA mods anyway

Just to clarify, the program I'm talking about is not an addon and works similar to the websites that people use. It doesn't interact with the game and can be run on a different computer if you want. The reason I created this program is to offer a better alternative to the website calculators since those calculators are mostly suboptimal, except for one of them that correctly optimizes for maximize 1st row or 2nd row.

Hey, would it be possible to add channels per server for Guild recruiting? I.e if someone has the NAE server role, they can choose regulus and see regulus guild ads instead of all NAE servers in one channel.

Ah that's fair, discord channel limit is like 100-200 or so right? Does threads also follow that same limiting? Not sure how that work with bot moderation anyways. Could always apply for discord channel increase due to server size etc.
