Technically - that means only your GM will be able to post, unless the recruiter role is transferred to someone else from the guild

If you'd like to do that, head over to #old-support-tickets and make a request to transfer the recruiter along with proof of you being an officer or higher in the guild (usually a screenshot of the member page with your discord#tag in the memo is more than enough)

Sure we can DM it. The problem is that most don't read their DMs. And not everyone has their DMs open either. The main reason why it's a reply is so there are zero excuses.

As for excessive, that's a tricky one right. So sure we could list a number value. But the issue with that is that people will bump to that limit then delete their other bumps thinking we don't log that. Or they will delete their post and make a new one. No matter what we do, people will abuse and exploit it.

We know. But it's very apparent when you're excessively bumping right. So when a user bumps their post 6 times in a single day, it's clear they didn't read anything and have no care for anyone but themselves. Then there's those that bump a couple times then keep bumping and deleting immediately too.

At the end of the day, its up to each moderators discretion. Personally I typically add a reply then close and lock the post. Hardly do we do an lfg ban on users. Mostly we do those on people who have bumped their post 20 times in a single day or have been deleting their bumps thinking they are clever.

We wanted the bot to handle it but devs were unable to implement auto publish because of rate limiting issues.

Hello, it seems you don’t have the Adventurer role and that’s why you cannot see the channel. You can head to the top left of this server and click on the Channels and Roles tab and go to the very bottom and answer the final question you should get the role and be able to see the Presets channel. Also out of curiosity, are you using a third party client?

Any chance of moving #na-guild-recruitment to the #987959283704545280 format?

#na-guild-recruitment is kinda just an annoying bump contest and a real chore to sift through. If it moved to the same format as #987959283704545280 it could utilize the same server specific tagging so people could easily filter down to their own server to find relevant posts.

We would've done it similar to our lfguild for the tags, the problem is that forums only support max time of 6hours cooldown for posting.
We're using a bot right now in our recruitment channels to limit the guild posts to 3days minimum since discord doesnt support it.
6hours would make the bumping waaaay worse and we wouldnt be able to force restrictions on bumping the individual threads.
Lfguild is kind of the compromise for recruiters since the server tag is pretty good.

I would reccomend just filtering your search like so:

So, as a feedback, or maybe not feedback but some comments about the new "Channels and Roles" channel:

When you make a choice on desktop or phone it doesn't sync inmmediately, it lags so tags overlap themselves, even if you change it, the Main Role for example isn't being updated and J don't know why. I think it's because of the sync lag. I've been trying for like 20-30 minutes to get it working but no result

Yeah so this is a caching issue with Discord. It's unavoidable and I've reported it multiple times to my people at Discord. It's in their hands. But a little lag and desync usually can be fixed by doing a Control + R which refreshes Discord and clears the cache at the same time. These minor hiccups are far better than the random reactions disappearing with our old role assignment system. That was even more annoying.

You say this as though we don't allow SA players in this discord when we do, but we don't currently provide support for the SA community in terms of channel/LFG (as it's a predominantly non English language region), and seeing how users cannot use role tags to tag other users, it'd be a fairly redundant role. This was also expanded on recently in a ticket asking for the same thing by the server owner.

That doesn't make sense. I'm in SA and clearly speak English lol, I'm not the only one either. You don't have to add Spanish/Portuguese-speaking mods if you don't want to or can't find any. But how is it that there are roles for European and Asian regions when most people there don't speak English either or do so very poorly? Hey so the info Signum linked you to is our explanation. Also the regional roles we have are not for specific languages. They are for server regions. And I can understand the frustration of not having a SA role available. The issue is that no matter how much moderation we have, folks posting in another language is a problem. We encountered it before we created region roles for the west where members from SA simply don't know English or refused to listen to us that this is an English speaking community. We don't discriminate against any region, it's just not possible to have the moderation staff to moderate another language.
