One of the many problems with the game, as with basically any MMORPG these days, is the status quo that gets established by the players who think they need to be highest gear/ilvl as fast as inhumanly possible, all while they scour meters and parse websites and set up shrines in honor of their number deities.

The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

mileage is 50% crit dmg for 3 seconds out of 60 seconds. That's 1/20th or 5% of the time. So you get a boost 5% of the time for roughly 20-25% (since ur crit dmg is usually 200-250%) 20-25% / 20 = roughly a 1% dmg increase if you can actually utilize it properly (which is extremely hard / impossible. Only class that could 'possibly' use is slayer predator, but even then you have enough time for 1-2 skills and its gone). in other words, its trash.
