You can create a MP ticket to appeal a post denial if it's an actually incorrect denial. You can also make a friendly suggestion (#1138302483500912750).
Can assure you no dep will close your ticket automatically unless the ticket had nothing in it, just try to read the ticket's note and remember this channel is mainly for HD help.
