Scam accusations are different than false accusations with malicious intent. We redirect folks who do the former to open a scam report ticket so that the situation can be properly investigated by the proper department. In the event someone repeatedly accuses another user of scamming, they will face harsher consequences. We look at every situation carefully before applying punishments.

In general, if you notice someone breaking the rules, worry less about the punishment they're receiving and more about reporting it to us moderators. Several ways of doing this includes:

• Modcalling a user or message.
• Opening a user report ticket.

If you think we've made a mistake or overlooked evidence / context..

• You can open an appeal (if it's about yourself).
• You can open another report with more evidence (if it's about someone else).

But after a month ive only had the lobby semi-complete, I had already paid 175$ upfront for the group (2 people who were building), but after some miscommunication it seems they thought it was a full 350$ for the lobby only, which I, from the start, thought it was for the lobby and 2 maps in total, we got into a disagreement, I got my money back from a Paypal dispute, but I had already sent out a scam report (because they werent willing to give the money back as refund), and I had no idea how to stop it from processing further, so I left it there, then after 3 weeks, I got a message they need my evidence, when I said I was already satisfied, I thought they would ban me if I didnt send any evidence, so I did send them the dms, but after 8 days (now) I am getting banned today due to the fact that I am somehow the scammer in some way?

To send images in development channels, you must be Bronze II+ or Level 5+. To send images in #chat, you must be Emerald III+ or Level 35+. You can view your level with the /stats command.
