You would need to explain to them that you can’t use the UI since they do not have a licence for it. In the event they make a scam ticket against you for violating scam rule 2.2.1 you can make a counter ticket against them for violating 2.2.2

But you would still be in a bad position as you cancelled the commission half way

Hello, a scammer that I reported whom has been banned a month ago has still not appeared on the scam logs.
I understand that it takes time, but we're a month in now and I still see new scam logs being posted with evidence dating to be after my scammer was banned.

experience will have google form type of form system, and to register that form they have to pay 1 robux this is to prevent botting and spamming, also to make sure they have robux and not lying to me

There is also the safety consideration to be made joining a game. What if it's a cross wood game that gets their account terminated?

If you want to avoid timewasting, maybe consider charging an upfront fee after an agreement has been reached, and maybe resort to blocking clients whom you sense the conversation isn't going anywhere with.

I worked scripted on a game for a %, when it was time for the investor to pay for ads, the project manager had transfered ownership of the game and the group to the investor - after running ads the project manager scammed the UI artist, so the investor kicked the 'project manager'. After the 'project manager' threatened a DMCA take down for the assets he made, we stripped the game of all assets made by him (and then the investor transfered the group to me as he didn't need it anymore). Now the 'project manager' came back after a while (banned from HD) asking for the map, which was deleted, threatening to report me to HD (for scamming) if I don't send it to him - If I don't send the map to him am I at any possibility of breaking any HD rules
