**Oh right. Essentially a client abused the ticket system for reporting and sent several fake tickets against me and each time a ticket was resolved he created another one, And I had to respond with 24 hours or I would be banned, sometimes after getting resolved the staff would even bring up the ticket again or go on vacation and forget then it would get transferred again it’s really anoyying and complicated that members can abuse tickets so much.

So yeah because of that staff belived the client, they used lots of good reputable fake proof conversations out of context as a result I lost my helper perms.**

In the end at least 10 tickets were used against me I got warned for every single one

Until they decided on kicking me I was banned for 3 months

Then when I came back my role was gone.

I kinda just haven’t worried about it since, essentially I was abused by a client Along with my team, not payed properly forced into a contract non legal contract. and then took my stuff back because not treated fairly i belive I was in the right. But staff took that as a reason to say I was guilty because a deal was made which I agreed with and they used that to say it was scamming resulting in the 3 month ban

The situation was so bad that my team of 5 or 6 developer secretly got together and wrote a 5 page essay document against him and all the wrongs.

Essentially the client acted like a COMMUNIST DICTATOR TREATING TEAM LIKE SLAVES, STALKING US MANIPLATING
AND TORTURING innocent people unrelated to the situation online. Somehow the staff belived the client and the client wasn’t banned

But then later on he mysteriously dissapeared from hidden devs.

yes we communicate, in your situation the staff handling your ticket would have told the person who denied your post why it was wrong and how to not make the same mistake again

however each post is at the discretion of the staff member reviewing it, and a different person completely would have reviewed it this time. this person would not have been told about the first staff member's errors

the only way to mitigate this issue would be to make an announcement to every single one of our staff for every single post incorrectly denied, which is just not feasible

so yes we apologise for the inconvenience but mistakes will happen while our staff are still learning and we do our best to teach them

Background check the person you're looking to hire. You don't need to make someone go through steps to check as that'll turn them off. For example, if someone asks me to do an unpaid task to prove my skill then I'll just drop that person and find a different client who is less of a hassle to work with.

Hey, I wanted to respond to what you said earlier about my message.

When I said “Can someone help me please?”, I really meant it. I wasn’t trying to waste anyone’s time or get free answers I was just genuinely lost and hoping someone would be willing to guide me. I know it wasn’t the most detailed question, but I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Sometimes it’s hard to even know what the right question is when you’re new.

Your response made me feel like I was being lazy or wrong for asking at all, and I’ll be honest it kind of hurt. I’m already nervous being in a new space like this, and it felt like I was being judged or dismissed just for asking for help. That wasn’t your intention, I’m sure, but that’s how it came across.

I’m here to learn. I’m not perfect, and I might not always ask things in the best way but I’m trying. And I think beginners should be allowed to do that without feeling like they’re a burden.
