Scams are less likely when you have the role. Also, you can post about your availability for hire, as well as search for job opportunities yourself.

it's not against tos anymore - especially considering the recent major multi-million dollar acquisitions. it's good press for roblox for games to be sold so they're not prohibiting it

if it were against tos, something would be done about brookhaven & ultimate football considering both got bloomberg/venturebeat articles about their acquisition

it may be against HD tos (which is fine you have the right to not want to facilitate those transactions, they're typically very large and can easily come with buyer's remorse which is a headache itself for a marketplace to deal with) - but definitely not against Roblox TOS anymore
