Not sure what you mean by that. But the here is essentially what i think would answer your question. The terrain must be made by you. It cant be generated by an automated system. Nothing that does the terrain for you. It must be done by hand so the people reading your application can make a fair judgement on your personal skill and not the skill of an AI essentially.

you dont need to submit a fully made game. The game you submit can even be a baseplate with the script you submit being properly demonstrated (Yes it can be a baseplate but you must have assets in there to actually properly demonstrate the script. You cant just put the script in a baseplate and submit when the script requires models)

Every time i go onto roblox studio and try to look around, it is like there is one mouse in the middle and one that im moving. The further away i move my curser from the ghost curser in the centre the faster my screen spins, and when i stop moving my curser, it just pings pack to the middle. I have updated my graphics drivers and fully updated my windows, i have even deleted and re-installed studio but it still happens.
Please can someone help, ive seen youtube videos on this exact problem but people have not solved it yet so it is also an issue for other people too.
