it works by taking a provided image link and embedding it into your post.

all you need to do to add one is upload the image you want to add to Discord [send it in a channel of a server or to a dm, where you upload it is up to you], press share, copy the link, and then put it into the field in the post editing prompt. [you could also use "open in browser" and then copy the link that way]

keep in mind that the image url is the large image at the bottom of the post and the thumbnail url is the small image in the top-right corner 👍

also, you can use non-Discord image links, it's just that sometimes outsourced image hosting can cause the image not to load.
