He received the money. Roblox transactions do not show up in the transaction log neither on your nor the worker's end. It'll take a few hours to show up. To prove to him that you made the payment, consider telling him to look at your inventory or wear the item temporarily until he saw you wear it.

Yep, this is why I tell clients that I won't send over the file until it shows up in my transaction history and that it might take a while. Either way the worker should see it in their account now so as a client I'd give the worker 24-48 hours to fix bugs / give my product before resorting to a scam report.

I will agree with the lack of SI staff but "enabling them" doesn't make sense.. staff being here can not stop scamming from happening or enable scamming. You enable it yourself. What the staff here can do is make sure people that do scam are moderated accordingly. If the scam department leader sees there's not enough staff to complete all the reports then I'm sure he'll re-open apps.

You're right staff should be here to manage when scamming happens. However, if the managing process takes 1-2 weeks or even longer, then yes you are enabling it. I would've never met this guy if it wasn't for HiddenDevs marketplace. He was listed through you guys. There should be a sense of responsibility there. Once it's been reported and there's a possible scammer, action needs to be taken. If not then you are 100% enabling it.

If action can't be taken due to how long investigations take, lack of staff, or whatever the excuse is, then you guys shouldn't be offering an open marketplace to the public providing a false idea that is a safe place to hire developers from

Even if we do hire a lot of people, the success rate of passers is way below than 10%. Plus, we already provide you more then one precautionary measure to avoid being scammed, whether or not you take it is up to you. If we see a repeatable offender then of course we will handle them ahead of others. We’re not trying to BS our way through these tickets to accommodate for a faster turnaround. Just be patient, we won’t just ignore you. That’s all there is. Complaining about isn’t gonna do much either. You just need to be patient and let us work

Since he did not fix the bugs (and you are entitled to a working product), a scam investigator will contact the worker to it'll all go from there. The worker will be given the opportunity to rectify the situation if you allow it (aka: fix the bugs), or they may be banned. It could take a while for a scam investigator to get to your ticket though, so be patient. The turnaround time could be well over 2 weeks for that ticket.

You should NEVER assume that someone who creates UI's can also script them. But you can ask the UI designer if they script before you commission them.
