Hiring posts are posts which allows you to seek for developers.
Hireable posts allow people who are hiring to find you.

Hiring post

They said I was trying to hire 2 types of developers. No, I was hiring a scripter with UI skills. Not once did I ever mention looking to hire a UI Designer.

..exactly, you can't offer percentage or future game revenue if you have no payment available whatsoever

but you can offer percentage and a secondary payment option

i.e. 20% and 50 USD or 20% and 10K robux

if the game is existing and profiting and you can prove it, then you can offer percentage
