If you still have access to the models you sold, you're also able to import them into studio or onto a site like ArtStation, Sketchfab etc.
If you can't do either you may struggle since the application guidelines require either one or the other.

First of all, you are the one responsible to inform your client of your innability to work in a certain time period. If you failed to inform them that youre unavailable yet has taken the payment, then thats all on you and is quite literraly scammer behavior.

If you informed them you had to do so before the comission has started. Lots of other people could have taken that comission while you were unavailable so your client had to make decisions. The moment when you take on a comission its locked, meaning youre denying potential builders from taking it.

It dosnt really matter if there was an agreed quality, not everything has to be specified in a contract for it to be considered true.
The moment when you presented your portfolio and price you directly state the quality level of the comission derived from the quality level of your portfolio.

A standard process is to provide the quality level that you present in your portfolio, No less, no more.(unless the client has specificaly asked for a lower quality comission than what you provided in your portfolio)
