To be honest as a reptile owner it really depends on a snake but they don't usually capable of eating small animals. For starters I sugest a corn snake they aren't very big but super cute.

The worst thing it can do is bite but the corn skate isn't venomous and has small teeth so it's not very painful.

A terrible morning of worry. Puddle had similar symptoms to when we had him in emergency surgery at 3am last year thankfully my girlfriends grandad forked out the £1000 for the emergency surgery that time to have crystals removed that was blocking his bladder.

Today similar symptoms. I was crying on way to veterinarys in back of taxi as his cries took me back to when I had my cat in my lap dying from kidney failure around 15 years ago.

But anyway. Puddle is ok. Got some pain medication and some anti inflammatory medicine as he has an inflamed bladder and cystitis

Brother and sister btw, born feral and rescued. They tear ass all over the house for literally no reason at all at random. One time my house’s shifting foundation caused a window to break and I found them outside. The boy cat (right) was bouncing off all the Windows frantically trying to get back in the house and the girl cat was just frozen in terror in the bushes. We have a really bad stray cat problem in my neighborhood so I’m glad they didn’t get into a fight with one

Truly inseparable. They came as a pair, couldn’t have one without the other or they would have annoyed the hell out of us doing all their cat things. Instead they cajole and wrestle with each other and then eventually get tired, clean each other and take a nap together.

We rescued them as strays, and they were feral and very angy. Then the boy cat realized how much he loved free food. Now he runs laps around the house as soon as he sees us break out the cat food trying to figure out why it isn’t immediately in his dish already 🙄 he also steals food all the time, so I don’t feed him human food anymore. He stole a whole slice of brisket while I was going pee once. They’re smart animals.

Also, this is my old cat Bugsy from about 12 years ago. He was such a little ass. I rescued him out of the parking lot of my work and his paw pads were worn ragged from wandering. He had a collar but no tag so he was already house trained. He used to chase my ex-wife’s born-feral cat around the house and she would hiss the whole time, so I kept a fully automatic nerf gun charged up by my side at all times so I could light him up when he did. He learned to split as soon as he started the chase because I’m a good shot lol. Don’t worry, if rubber tipped foam darts don’t hurt kids they don’t hurt cats.

He would hold grudges if I messed with him, like rustling his fur or his belly. He would then jump up and claw the sh*t out of my legs.

He started following her cat outside and he was a clumsy idiot, couldn’t catch a mouse to save his life. Meanwhile she brought home birds and mice all the time.
He ended up getting hit by a car and I didn’t even get to bury him. Someone probably threw him in their trash. I cried a lot about that, didn’t even get to say goodbye.

Found out when one of my apartment neighbors told me. The wife was crying because he would always make his rounds around the complex and come to people for treats. She really liked him too. ☹️

Sorry if I ruined anyone’s day, trying not to tear up about it lol. I miss that boy.

My sweetest boy. His name was Bentley. He lived to the ripe old age of 10-1/2, way longer than most Boxers. He bit my girlfriend and she forced me to put him down. This is a picture moments before he died. I treated him to McDonalds chicken nuggets and burgers. He was super happy that day. I miss that dog so much, he was a part of me.

Nah they live good, they’re free range chickens. They basically have a whole big backyard to themselves, a coop, roosters for protection, and a farmer with a bb gun who cleans their coops every day

They typically lay more eggs when they’re happy and don’t feel endangered, so we always end up having too many to eat them all. Good problem to have nowadays

Also, this is weird but I learned that chickens absolutely love dried mealworms and worms in general. It’s like a big meat noodle or crunchy chicharonne (fried pork skin) to them

I have been catching mayflies (gigantic non-biting mosquitoes that eat mosquitoes) and de-winging them, then tossing them in the chick enclosure and they get eaten almost instantly. The chicks are now congregating around me when I approach them instead of running to hide lol

Crane flies look more like giant mosquitoes to me than mayflies do, which is why I thought of them. May flies I guess have more meat on them for the chickens though. :-)

My girlfriend was very greatful that I fed them Mayflies. They absolutely love bugs. They overcame their fear of the hand that feeds them just to be the first to get that crunchy buggo
