How I did this... I purchased the spring fest basic pack + rush pack as well as the x27 loot cache pack. I also spent 350,000 BP to buy the x1 loot cache pack 35 times. I obtained the Groza chroma in a prime parcel and also a M416 progressive in a crate, and I salvaged both. I also salvaged an old AUG progressive (level 1) as well as an old Mk12 progressive (level 4). I used 1,600+ coupons to get more polymers, and I used around 4,000 scrap to get more schematics.

This new Mk12 is pretty badass and it has a kill effect too, so I think it was a no-brainer to get rid of my old Mk12 progressive (Cyber Threat).
