Is very familiar type of cheating process i see in GTA online. Players from china are particularly good at it. They can even join a game mid game by knowing your username or IP.
We had a cheater griefer following us and ending us in multiple matches.
He could also literally see reports being submitted and by whom. And most crazy of it all was he could change all the information about his own account to avoid being banned or tracked
