the game is stuck on 62 fps but I have a laptop with 5600h and rtx 3060

my fps limits are (sınırsız) equals unlimited

my settings are mostly (düşük ) which means low and my directx version is 11 advanced

Besides the opening logos, I'm not getting any audio from the game.

Since there's no output device setting I could find in the game itself, I made sure there was only one (and that it was the correct) default audio output device in Windows settings. The game isn't muted in Volume Mixer, either.

Hi guys, I seem to be getting a lot of random ctd's all of a sudden. Even before the latest patch.

I can be playing for hours with no crashes and then they'll happen every few minutes and then stop for several hours or they can start instantly.

Perform a clean reinstallation by searching and deleting all the files of PUBG manually and it should work fine. Also, make sure to delete all the data saved in the following location on your PC:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\

• Replace "username" with the PC name.
  Here you will find the "TslGame" directory, please delete it.

• If you have installed your OS on any other drive then make sure to change the drive name in the above file path.

Please "Clear Steam download cache" before you reinstall the game.

I see. Well, at least the crash-logging tool is capturing data. Be sure to click the button to send those reports along to Krafton. Hopefully they'll figure out the cause and fix it soon. (Since it's not affecting most players, it's probably not a problem with their basic code but some kind of interaction with something else on the system, but whatever it is, I hope it clears up soon.)

That looks like a file corruption problem. Validate the files, and if that doesn't fix it, do a clean reinstall. If its' still happening, I'd suspect surface errors on the hard disk / impending failure on the HD or SSD.

I was gaming, everything normal etc. Suddenly I was kicked out of session and there was notification for me regarding anti-cheat something (stupid me didn't take it up). In game I was reported kicked out like a cheater would.

Now when I try to launch the game, Steam starts the PUBG Launcher and it idles there doing nothing. I've tried uninstalling and installing the game, verifying the files, removing all left over files I could think etc. Nothing seems to work. If I launch manually TslGame_ZK.exe it launches, shows intro movies etc but as it's not through Steam there's no connection to those servers and can't get past the PUBG BATTLEGROUNDS splash screen. No help if I start the launcher via Steam and manually the executable

Look into disabling CPPC.

If that's something you want to do, it's located in your BIOS.

I disabled mine for my 3900X and got a slight FPS boost, plus I stopped having crashes. But not sure if it was due to disabling CPPC or if reinstalling the game, or the drivers, or if running sfc scannow fixed it (it found a problem with a framework.net file and fixed it).

This is not correct. Repairing and reinstalling the OS indicates that OS files are corrupt. Corrupt files that interact with the game, among many other apps - when those become corrupt, they cause freezes, crashes. Reinstalling OS may fix this, not always though. We recommended that players use DISM and SFC windows commands to repair / replace corrupt system files.

Did you try if any valid information is available in control panel >Administrator tools > Event viewer System or application logs. Try to clear logs and after the next crash the top error will be the one to read.
Error codes gives some what information regarding what is causing the Problem, google then to relate the issue they are for.
If the error code had messages like system crash unexpectedly or sudden crash with no valid info this means an Hardware issue. These are tricky to find as OS like windows prevent further damage and they crash so they can't even write the log before crash.
last time I had a bad loose power cable that was causing issues, sometimes it can be loose Memory module or even dust causing heat or connection issue. ( based on GPU i think your system is new so CPU heating or dust might not be an issue)
you will have to clean and remove excessive devices hardware to pin point issue like USB webcam , external HDDs.

There is tool called Latency monitor that shows which drivers or DLLs are introducing highest latencies which can also mean they are not performing optimally. can try to get latest drivers or in some cases WHQL certified rather than the latest for the non performant ones and may help solve the issue.

sorry mate, but I wouldn't say it's not because of our computers, it's because of the latest update. It doesn't make sense that in the last 4 months I've only had 1 or 2 crashes and that, since the last update, I've had 2 crashes PER GAME.
With that said, in my case, I changed the PC's virtual memory to manual. Since then, I have had only one crash but I believe that this is not the solution, when many players are experiencing these continuous crashes. PUBG needs to prioritise this problem, which even big name players have made mention of.

Googling BEDaisy points to a Battleye AC driver or something.
The reports ive seen on reddit showed file path of application interacting, in thise cases the uncheater AC file and then showed the windows system file path to a faulty module which ended up being the ntdll.dll file

For anyone having the Memory Leak bug as of last patch where your RAM fills indefinitely, Go to your User folder, AppData, Local, and DELETE the WELLBIA folder! The game will recreate it on next launch and at least for me the bug was solved. If it works for you please credit me as it was never suggested by anyone else.

F14, it's the latest full release. There are two newer snapshot releases for the 5800X3D.

I recommend using the update tool in the BIOS rather than the flashback.

That's because of the battleEye service crashes Pubg thinks you dont have all required services running and you get booted out of the game with unusual game play. Try running the service as Administrator. seen to have this work with better results. This was same behavior in Pubg Lite which was like a known thing to do there

My crashes manifest with a complete halt of PUBG. Instant freeze frame and sound drops. Disk-writes go through the roof for a few seconds before the PUBG crash report screen appears - and many times that crashes too. Sometimes it bombs out steam, sometimes it's ok, but the disk writes go ballistic so it's not doing my drives any good when it crashes.

2 Remove associated files

I had no problems at all... then suddenly had problems. But. I turned things off one by one and found out I was crashing due to MSI Afterburner, Riva and my recording software. If I had any of those running, even by themselves, I crashed from the game.

I ended up doing reinstall of game, DISM and SFC scannow in command prompt and a couple other things and I no longer crash. I can run those programs again wihtout issue.

Has to be done while in safe mode though.

Download the program, go into safe mode, run DDU. Download the newest driver on teh website first though, that way you have it when you reboot back into normal windows mode.

Have you checked your graphic settings in Nvidia/ and control panel?
Make sure your monitor/desktop resolution is set correctly there. Not sure about AMD but on Nvidia CP check to see if your card is doing some sort of scaling/ stretching of a smaller resolution.

Doesn't automatically mean it's PUBGs fault. There could be something along the path to PUBG server that is impacting things. It could be there actually is something wrong with some PUBG servers, but your connection isn't just you and them. There is a long path and hops your packets take to get to and from the server that can impact your connection.

SFC is a system file checker.

Can scan for errors and fix them. It's possible your crashes could be related to something corrupted on your rig. It's possible it isn't either. It's just another troubleshooting step to try on your end versus complaining that it's just always the games fault.

If you do, you might want to check that the browser doesn't have hardware acceleration enabled. That could also cause issues.

My friend had a similar issue and disabling that setting resolved for him. Might be worth toggling both of those settings to see if it makes a difference

i was running medal (a clipping software software) that auto starts on pc startup so i disabled it and ended the task in task manager and i stopped crashing

No, the hard to understand phrasing and pricing that's made to confuse you worked and tricked you into purchasing something that you interpreted differently. According to whoever made the prices, 1000 G-Coin is worth $9.99 so you get 50 "bonus" coins when purchasing that option

You need to be sure that you're connected to the team channel. You can cycle between voice channels (None/Team/All) with CTRL + Y by default(?) and toggle voice chat with CTRL + T. You could also go into the game's Settings -> Audio -> Voice Chat and configure it there.

You could also try deleting the intro video that plays whenever you start the game. Maybe that's causing it. Go TslGame -> Content -> Movies. Delete the file called LoadingScreen.mp4

Delete that one then run the game. Disable that admin checkbox first though as it didn't work
