Make sure it is your default communications device in your Windows settings, you're using the correct keybind for in game talk, your mic volume is up in up in PUBG settings, and you have it set to either all chat or teammates only.

You really should have an SSD in your system in 2022 you can run on YHDD but you absoulutely will be at a disadvantage, and slower loading timeswont help. And you say RAM at 8gb sis fine, i would also disagree with that, even on my PC with 16gb, i mostly see 13gb used with just the game and discord open, so 8GB will just not suffice in this day and age TBH.

⬆️ Yes, alot of people do this and have as u say conflicting drivers on there system, i fresh install of windows should do this, which is what a lot of people do, but i would just use DDU and nuke whatever drivers you have on there and maybe try an older driver like something early 400,s drivers, i have done this b4 with my old rig. It sometimes works, just make sure your ethernet cord is unplugged when you reboot so windows doesnt try and load anything b4 you have chance too... @prime vortex

you can see at the top of pic that your ram is actually 3600mhz aswell, unless that is your CPU speed, cant really tell from that pic, but could be your ram speed, which is alot faster than the 2666mhz that its running at, if it your ram speed then its running at the correct speed

AMD cpus love faster ram too, especially in that 3600mhz range

can u go down the settings below that and it should have Dram speed option, click on it and you should have a load of ram speed options, if so, put it at 3600mhz, if it blu screens on you, go back to bios and leave it at 2666mhz

It could be at the right speed now, setting it any higher could just give BSOD

That is where XMP helps, sets it at the correct speed and cas lstency and timings and so on

that is for the anticheating and such... leave steam open, and run PUBG without any firewall or network restrictions

There is windows popups for PUBG and its Anti-Cheat software also, when you first start the game.. maybe you denied it network access to those ports and clicked no on accident because it usually pops up the first 30 seconds you first start PUBG, as a windows port "security check" with a YES and NO. You have to allow the anticheat app also, or you will be kicked i would assume

It's just basically windows asking if the program is allowed to open the ports PUBG requests to connect to their networks

Most people randomly click things and hit no, or in the background accidentally clicked no when it came up. I see you probably tried that, but thats my guess, you have PUBG ports open but not the anticheat? try that

Hello, I bought a new Headset, because my old ones broke. Now my directinal hearing is completely off and sometime not there at all.
f. e. when I turn left or right to someones who is shooting it is extremely loud and almost hurting my ears and when I turn a little bit more I can barely hear it at all... don’t know if this is helpful but I had the same issue. My game would freeze up my game and I’d have to restart my pc to do anything. Turns out the issue was a pair of Bluetooth headphones I had added to my pc. Once I removed the headphones everything worked fine.

This problem has been happening to me too. There are multiple possible solutions such as turning off optimisation in nvidia or turning off overlays. I am yet to see if the overlay solution works for me as I don't currently have the time to do so

I have had the same issue. Check your Windows logs. For me the fix was turning off Medal, a screen clipping tool. (clips the past 15s or more, can record, etc)

Guys is you want you can try this : DISABLE FULLSCREEN OPTIMIZATION:

1. Go to this directory: Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64
2. Select TslGame.exe and right click and select properties.
3. Click on Comparability Tab and click Disable Fullscreen Optimization
4. Apply and OK.

I spent the whole day trying to change the configuration, reinstalling.
Without success
I did a hard install of Windows and it helped.
I deleted the partition, formatted the system disk and installed windows from the installation disk.
It is a lot of work, software installation and configuration /
The error is in the operating system. It did not help to reinstall while keeping files and settings.

I had the pop up of cheat something not working 4 times in a row now. I had Steam validate the files each time. What is the issue here? Didn't happen until after I paid for the game. I disabled Kaspersky Total Security and so far its working. Also disabled Windows Defender. I think it's the Anti-Cheat searching for cheats and Kaspersky caught it. Kind of like running 2 Anti-Virus at the same time.

I added PUBG Battlegrounds to Kaspersky List, i'll have to keep adjusting until the game plays without the "cheat" pop-up issue.

Pc specs and in game settings are a good start.
Naming other apps that are running while the game is running as well. Theres overlays that could cause issues. Settings depending on hardware etc

Same issue. More often than not I can get over 100 FPS no issues, smooth. But other times it'll struggle to get over 60 and will drop to 30-40 over and over.
Game settings are high with motion blur off and shadows low.

As a result, scammers not only collected social media accounts but these additional personal details — all in order to sell the gaming accounts for a profit.

Update: Disabled Kaspersky Total Security, played fine until 3rd game. Then had the Criticle Error from the Anti-Cheat again. Tried to continue as it offered, wouldn't allow it both times. So, it seems maybe it's not Kaspersky. I'll try rebooting my PC.

Hey all, for players that have been crashing without an error message recently we are needing assistance from you!

The QA team has sent us an updated batch file, which should give us more information on the details about the reasons why you’re crashing without a message. .

1.Download and save the batch file 

2.Right click the batch file and run as Administrator.

3. Launch and Play PUBG.

5. Continue playing until you get the crash with no unnotified crash message.

6. After getting to your desktop, go back to the batch and press any key to continue. 

(This should load up your crash dump file location.)

7. Once the crash dump file location is loaded, right click those files and and zip the contents of this by right clicking it and compressing it as zipped.

Go to your steam file, Find the PUBG folder, Delete the BattlEye folder in your Pubg folder, Then verify files again, Itll redownload a new BattlEye folder and you'll be good to go

What the means its only dx 11 has been fully tested the other modes are considered beta without as much testing to make sure the game runs as normal although dx 11 enhanced has been benchmarked against the dx 11 and 12 modes in pugb and shows he best performance over the others

So use 11 enhanced unless you notice more instability

I personally have noticed better performance since I turned on 11 enhanced

seems like a hardware issue rather than a game issue. make sure you have the most recent drivers installed, verify the game files just in case and reset your graphics settings to default. if that still doesnt fix it make sure your graphics card is plugged in properly and that the PCIe slots are clean

I'm with bean on this, it does look like a hardware issue. Specifically it looks like a bad connection to me.

Another issue might be a conflict between the game and color enhancing software; Nvidia, AMD, Asus and Acer all have tech that ships installed for "vivid pixel" type "enhancement" that may be in conflict with the game.

No, it's using dx12. RTSS confirms. Also the render latency for dx12 is higher than 11e, but the scheduling is better especially for high thread count CPUs. Average and low frames are better for 12 than 11e, but the caching behaviour and stability are inconsistent rn on 12. It looks promising but needs some more work.

if you go into steam, right click the game, select properties, then select the Local Files tab, there should be an option saying "Verify integrity of game files"
