You just have to wait for a new patch or log in again in a couple of weeks. PUBG support have no idea whats happening or what they are doing. HDD's are slow and 8GB isn't really enough for gaming.

Ive had this several times myself. I tried re-installing PUBG, updating everything, i even did a clean install of windows. Sometimes it worked for 1-2 weeks, then it were back. I never know with this game, all support could do was link the link above. Most likely it is a patch/game related issue, that you have to wait for to get solved. But try theese things: Verify game files, clean install of PUBG. Theese are the two easiest 🙂

I tried all steps in the guide already. None of them work. The problem started in July and has got worse. I think it's something to do with the NVidea drivers that corrupts the game/graphics card as the PC will black screen but the tower unit is still powered until I switch it off with the power button. I've also tried rolling back drivers which didn't work either and I've checked that the FPS is limited to 144. I've tried clean installs of GPU drivers and the game itself but still crashing as of today. Just to be clear it is NOT a game crash, so I can't simply CTRL + ALT + Del out of the program, and therefore have not crash reports. It crashes my hardware.

Ok, for me the game freezes, i can ctrl+alt+del, but it wont change my "screen".. I have 2 screens, so i had it up one time: GPU went from 80% to 0% running when the game froze. If i waited 4-5minutes, pubg would close itself, and everything works again.. it varies by each patch for me.

Having an issue;

When I confirm to leave a match, the game displays a previously rendered frame on the screen (this could be something from about 10 minutes ago in a match) for a considerable amount of time on the screen. It never used to do this. The problem is that it does this for a really long time - sometimes up to 3 minutes when loading typically used to take about 20 seconds.

Already done uninstall + reinstall, and verified game cache integrity. Using latest GPU driver and have rolled back.

Really bad mid-game crashing for the last week. All the other crash-fix methods are tried, no help. I'm planning to do clean re-installation as instructed on PUBG support site: 1. Go to your Steam library
2. Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
3. A window will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete

• Remove associated files

1. Press Windows Key+R
2. Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
3. Delete the folder TslGame
4. Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
5. Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
6. In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
7. Restart Steam

Yes, for now a clean reinstall did help with with constant crashing. I also disabled fullscreen optimizations and enabled override high DPI scaling behavior by application through ExecPubg.exe and TslGame.exe properties.

According to Old_Mate (iirc), the game's name changed because the original developer "PLAYERUNKNOWN" left the company, so they had to re-brand as "PUBG BATTLEGROUNDS". Check the shortcut properties; they're probably both pointing to the same .exe, in which case you can delete the one with the PUBG rectangle icon.

Ive talked and played with players here in the US that use VPN connections to the Europe Ranked servers.
When we were playing it never took more than 1 or 2 minutes to match up.
As I type this message, I have been waiting for a "Ranked Server" now for 17 minutes.
is there a place I can get how and what the Europe server addresses are?
So I can set a vpn connection to them.

Hey thanks Bren, to gather more information on the reasons you’re crashing we are needing to grab your latest crash dump files.

This can be found by going to the following directory on your PC

C:\Users”YOUR-PC-LOGIN-NAME”\AppData\Local\TslGame\Saved\Crashes

Or

If you have Windows 10, you can use the Windows search area using the following command.

%localappdata%\tslgame\saved\Crashes

Once you find the match which you had experienced the issue, are you able to please right click the file and click send to Compressed (Zipped) folder.

As the Crash files are pretty large in size, it’s best to use Google Drive or a file storage website to be able to upload the crash dump file.

Once you have uploaded the files on Google Drive, if you could direct message me the link to your uploaded Crash files or if not just put the link in the chat, I’ll be able to download them from my end and get them forwarded to the QA team.

(P.S if you’re using Google Drive, don’t forget to set the Share access to allow for unlisted use, as we cannot view private uploads)

Also, thanks again for your assistance on this as I know it’s a bit of a hassle doing this, but this will assist the team greatly in trying to determine the cause of the issue, so if you can assist with this that would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have nothing going in the background. Make sure no other devices are using your network to watch movies or download stuff. If its non of the above it could just be the server or peak period for your provider.

Before it was just while in staging and it would last maybe 30 sec to a minute. But now it is lasting longer. These last few games Ive played I end up getting kicked out of the plane and the end of the flight line.

Are you on console or PC? The quickmark does only mark the direction on the compass. For a marker on the map you need to use the hardmarker.

Likely depends on your system spec. It performs fine on my 5 year old system without disabling full screen optimsation or forcing the game to run in admin
