@elder coral if you start spamming multiple channels with the same question you might get banned here too.
Support is the only place to appeal bans. If you submit an appeal there, they will review it.
You might however get a predefined response for consistency reasons.
If they reviewed your ban and did not lift it, they probably have good reason to do so

I've never been banned from any other game before or after that and I never cheated or broke any of the ToS for PUBG. There has to be someone, somewhere other than their support team that can help

well, if they reviewed it the first (few) times, there is no reason to do it again and again.
No game will tell you the exact reason their anticheat banned you.
I don't know of any other place that handles bans besides support

Yes, a 2070 in most cases is actually faster than a 1080 (and overclocked, closer to a 1080ti). A 2060, is closer to a 1070ti

I play on controller and when looting the icon selects every other item which makes looting very difficult.

I followed the "general crashing and performance guide" (despite opening a ticket yet)
I'm facing the issue no matter what RAM timing I set.

It also happens no matter what graphics card I use (tested with RTX2060 Super and GTX 1060 and GTX750TI)
Crashes appear to happen after something between 3 and 30 MInutes of gameplay
Playing on lower graphics resolution did not help.
There's definetly no temperature issue, all components are relatively cool.
It only happens with pubg and I get a full system freeze with black screens a few seconds after the freeze.

What steps can I follow to investigate deeply what could cause the crashes? Can I activate writing logfiles or something like that?

Hello,

I downloaded PUBG on console (PS4) recently. Haven't been able to play a game ever tried for over a week (not a single one).

Everytime I search for a game the loading screen pops up and after about 2-3 minutes the error code in the picture pops up.

My setup:
Playstation 4 Pro wired
Netgear XR700 Router

What ive tried:
Tried wireless (no change)
Tried resetting Router (no change)
Tried putting PS4 in DMZ (no change)
Tried google DNS as default (no change)
Restarting PS4 / Router / PUBG (no change)

Noteworthy:
I do NOT use QOS nor any of the gaming related option on my XR700
My PS4 has a static IP address
Error code 408.2.1 - FFFFFF is unknown to the internet?

Im at a loss. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Why do PUBG give a MONTH ban? Reason: -away from keyboard. A whole month ban? People are using cheats and get 2 weeks ban. Another one gets a important call and had to leave urgent, and gets a month ban.. How is 1 month motivated..? 🤔 the game was finished, and then leaved the house. Where afk in the lobby, didnt hurt anyone..

Hi all,

The reason I've uninstalled the game was due to the update that injected ring0 access from Wellbia into the kernel system.

My only question is:

Is PUBG still using this intrusive software, and if so is it still running on windows launch 24/7?

I was looking into installing the game again but I couldn't find anywhere if this is still used or not.

(Please refrain from comparing Wellbia to EAC or BattleEye or the dangers of other ring0 software as I work in netsec and I'm aware of each company's data collection and access methods, I just want to know if this is still in use or not)

ok so the game wont launch on steam and idk why ive tried so many times to look for issues and still didnt know what was wrong with it. i tried to launch the experimental server and test server . when i launched the experimental server there was this one screen and there stands that the battleye thing had a problem installing it. so i looked in the folders deleted it and launched it again same thing happened and then i tried launching pubg again and the screen came again but there stands that it was succesfully installed and launched but it did nothing please help

Yeah that's the reason I was asking, because a lot of people were telling me that the service was not used anymore. If it's integrated per module on BattleEye as XINGCOD3 I'm fine with it.

the issue in this clip from 2 years ago still exist in the game, along with all the other problems which never got fixed, such as fps drops, cpu high usage, server problems, cheaters, fake bans, physics, anticheat, bugs, in-game voice chat not working, hot zone, bugs and a lot more.
the thing you see in the viedo, is what im experiencing right now with your game, it has heavy screen tearing. its not running smoothly as before. there is so much input lag. when i try to play i feel like a fat and slow person who always sticks to walls and objects. i remember this game being fun, smooth and enjoyable. idk what makes you guys think that we should just ignore all the things and putting more and more maps and battlepass items. i was just enjoying playing the old sanhok with those beautiful rainy days. but now im just stuck to a cluncky buggy slow screan teared mess. i can upload a video from my pc but its the exact thing that in the video from that 2 years ago. just a bit better.
my pc specs:
gtx 1060 6gb
12gb ram
core 17-7700hq
and the game is installed on a ssd.

i dont like to complain, but i love to come back to this game and play again.

Hallo i have a problem with the FPS in the game. I set in my grafic card settings - power usage (maximum performance), prerendering images ( 1), texture quality( high performance)...then i set in the game all very low exept graphic (medium), vsync, sharpness off, 1080p, 100 render, 90 FOV, unlimited fps, and still i have insane fps drops while landing, on a open fields and mostly in cities where from 60 fps it drops to 30... i dont know what to do i want stable 60fps or 60+ fps. If your appeal has been rejected then there is nothing I can do to change that. It sounds like you only got a temp 3 day ban though, most likely due to being reported by other players.

@hushed loom happened to me before too. If you overclock put it back to default and turnoff any gameplay overlay. N i changed a few things on mynvidia settings not sure which fixed it but it was one of those.

If your game is not starting or closes shortly after starting, this might be caused by your anti virus.
This can be solved by adding an exception in your anti virus for PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64\TslGame.exe
The PUBG Folder is located in your steam library.

Hi! Is there a setting to have the new MG3 automatically start on high speed shooting? Lost a few fights because it was still on "slow ". Basically with the standard menu options that we currently have for the weapon type to be set to single /automatic fire.

@celest panther hi, I installed an external SSD (1t - Samsung). I have been noticing a sound loss since. My character sound stays but the surrounding sounds get muted. The muting lasts for a few seconds. It happens randomly during gameplay. Any advice is welcome. BTW the ssd has alleviated the map loading problem

I had linked my pubg with facebook. one person hacked my facebook and managed to access facebook. then the person who hacked me managed to link his email to my pubg account. after a few days wanted money from me to get the email he linked. I paid him a sum and then he blocked me from instagram. a month later he managed to connect to twitter and gameplay on my account. most likely the coupon is in your inventory, in the game go to

@compact radish the issue you are having occurs when your connection to the game servers is interrupted. This is a networking issue on your end. I would suggest getting in touch with your ISP and asking if they are having any ongoing issues.

This can be solved by adding an exception in your anti virus for PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64\TslGame.exe
The PUBG Folder is located in your steam library.

Great job. Yes you have one SDD and two HDDs. Now you have to look where did you install PUBG. If you did install it on one HDD deinstall it and install it again on the SDD and try it again. 🙂

I got banned for 72 hours :reason “due to unusual gameplay patterns”. I am legit player, often playing local tournaments. I've submit ban appeal already. How long it will take to unban and how do I further prove my self in future if anything happen like this. Anyone on sea server here? Why do we can't play rank on midnight it takes like 10-15mins on matchmaking queue. We force to use VPN and play on eu where we have like 200 ping.... And we if we wait it we thrown to a sea-ukgn server which has 200 ping and an 10-30 packet loss.. and that was the only server active.. its been a week when we play like 10pm-2am.. then like 1:30-2am the sea sg server again back.. how to the developers you will see this post of mine .. a lot of my teammates are now getting bored of waiting the lobby and playing with a red ping.. .. ..

as i said, it has nothing to do with cheaters or reports ingame. Clips present on pubg.report are based only on the fact that you killed or got killed by a streamer.
The streamer reporting someone has nothing to do with that. The site only cares about kills/deaths of streamers. What the streamers do is only up to them

I don't know how the report system works but i think there are systems in place for such situations.
But again, pubg.report is based only on the fact that you killed or got killed by a streamer. Ingame reports are something entirely different

Typically bans for team-killing/verbal-abuse have their reasons mentioned. If you did not see a reason, the default reason would be cheating. Either the Anti-Cheat detected something fishy or the player reports by a lot of other players was analysed and something fishy was found.

First i've got automatic temporary ban, for 3 days, wrote to support got standart bla bla bla, in the end just waited till unban, than played one evening and got again atuomatically banned coz of reports till 6 november... @oblique delta It's just a temp ban anyway but I can give you some advice how to prevent the next ban. If you have any strange situations like, things aren't rendered correctly, alt+F4 and restart the game immediately. Same for other strange situations. The anti-cheat can detect strange situations which can cause a temp ban. Don't use any small unknown tools while playing. Some network tools are blacklisted because people can lag switch with it. If you are not sure which programm you can use, ask the mods or devs here. Related to your support complain. You will not get any answers from any game developer about cheating. The reason is quiet obviously. Too many cheater trying to get informations from them this is why they mostly block everything.

"Its just a temp ban anyways" I've paid for this game, I didn't use anything, I'm just a good gamer with 2500 hours in game and 500 buck investment into game, I'm basically their fellow customer who is paying for their job and receiving at first 3 day temp ban with almost zero support from their side and now receiving 30 days ban with zero support and any steps to try solve the problem its not how things should be done. And I'm not only one go to reddit and you will see tons of similar cases and they do not even try to solve it or roll back, they just dont care. This is how fail and start loosing player base for your own mistakes...

Its like you using spotify for years, than you receive temporary ban for 3 days because we think you listen music in a strange way. You try to connect support they say, hey sorry but we can do it is in our terms of use. Okay 3 days may be some strange mistake, you got unbanned, you listened favorite music one more evening and on next day you receiving ban for a month with same reasoning but this time support even don't answer

@oblique delta I'm not your punshing ball and my post is still useful. I got temp banned in the past as well and I never complaind so badly as you because I know how important it is to fight against cheater. I also didn't something wrong. Audio is not working only Asia server but in all other servers it's working fine... Any solution please

somethings wrong with pubg PC, i got network lag detected first and then it froze in the countdown, I was allowed to rejoin to see basically the entire lobby do an afk drop with "network lag detected"
