Hello, any devs on?

A friend of mine has a problem with the game crashing all the time. We have tried everything trying to fix that. Validating game folders, uninistalling and installing the game again... nothing seems to work. he has uploaded dozens of crash reports but the problem seems to remain.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Eight-Core Processor (16 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
GPU: Radeon RX 5500 XT

His PC is normal with other games, the problem is only with PUBG.

Any help is desperately appreciated

You've not specified where and when the crash happens aside from "game crashing all the time". Context in these reports are important as there can be many different reasons for a crash.

If it's only happening in BR games, and it happens every game after landing, then I would say there is a memory / resource issue going on.

Thanks, The crashes started with an older GPU RX 550 4GB, and now I upgraded to RX 5500 XT 8GB and the crashes are still there. I tested the RAM and showed no failures. I will test again. I doubt that the new card is faulty because the other games run perfectly fine, even on Ultra settings.

My microphone doesn't seem to register in game, whether I have it set to open mic or push to talk. It is set as my default communication device in windows and tslgame has access to it. Audio is picked up from my mic in Discord just fine, as well as the 'test microphone' feature windows comes with.

i dont have screenshots as i do not utalize these bugs. however its when you approach some large rocks or walls, you stand as close as you can, aim your gun (sometimes you need to lean), but you can then see/shoot right through the rock/wall as if its not there.

Last I checked what I’m reporting IS to troubleshoot the game and ask why people are able to shoot through boulders and walls and CHEAT and abuse in your game.

I have seen people post photos of the issue in here. But you told them no one else has reported it therefor you wouldn’t be investigating. So I also reported the same issue here that I’ve been having and now you’re saying you won’t investigate that either? Between the two reports you have information AND photos. Do your job. Just because I'm reporting something negative about your game, doesn't mean I'm angry, please do not assume tone when none is present.
I've given you as much detail as i could without presenting a video. You have yet to reply with what more information you need (barring a video of the issue), therefor leaving the issues to go unresolved.
This seems to be an ongoing response within the discord.
We have paid for a game which is highly bugged, and are taking time out of our day to help you and your testers to identify problem areas. So to be met with hostility and a lack of wanting to get to the root of your game issues is a problem in and of itself.
If you need more information - outside of a video, you should be opening a support room, or simply tag/quote and respond with further information on what more you need to not let this matter go unresolved.

Now, as for issues/bugs that myself and my friends have been experiencing on PC are:

  • issues with people shooting through rocks and walls. (video for reference)
  • the bandaging isn't continuous and doesn't play through the full animation after the first bandage is complete. (video for reference.
  • when you have weapon 1 out, and holster it, then go to retrieve it, it brings weapon 2 out instead (video for reference)

@crimson cypress are you guys seeing reports of packet loss again after 7.1 on console? I had no issues before 7.1, I did have packet loss on the patch previous to the one before 7.1. Every s-dal game I have now has packet loss 1-10% averaging around 6%. I’m in Philadelphia hard wired with Verizon Fios in case that makes a difference.
