Alright, I'm at a loss on how to play this game. It crashes 9/10 times (or more) loading it or clicking anything in the lobby. Verified files (always 1 file bad), tried it on a different SSD, tried different video card drivers. Not running any other apps besides discord (which has hardare accel off). What else can I check or do?

@viral monolith average of 250,000 players. Divide that by the 36 servers you have average of 7k per server. But you have to factor in the large majority of those players are in Asian server. So you may have maybe 2,000 on NA server. Now factor in TPP is going to be 2/3 of that number and FPP is going to be 1/3. So at peak times you are maybe looking at 500-600 people playing FPP. Now divide that number by 3 for squad/duo/solo. You have about 200 people at best matching for any one of those in FPP. That’s actually weighing the numbers heavily in NA favor. Game is dead

why has my FPS gone completely down the drain? i used to be just fine, no stuttering or anything on any map, even Vikendi. Now I'm lucky to hit 100 in some towns. The stuttering has gotten to be so bad I am debating even playing the rest of the season which is bad because i bought the damn pass and it'd be a waste of money not to play it out.

Also even though we see the blood splash in the air and on the wall but zero damage registered, how can this happen? Recently I have been having serious network lag issues in game. These issues started right after I was banned for a day for being reported. Anyways, it's to the point where it is unplayable now while connected to my 5GHz WiFi, but when I play on the 2.4GHz wifi there are less issues. I don't understand why this is happening because my 5GHz wifi is always faster and runs perfectly on every other game but my 2.4GHz is much slower and runs very poorly on everything else

We literally are being killed by players abusing glitches on Console and it's ridiculously absurd that this has not been fixed yet.

It has a been a known problem for nearly a year suddenly where players will somehow stop their internet (which is an old glitch on console mostly popular on here) and attack your standing still character until they died before resuming their internet service to then reap the rewards of killing you and looting you.

#

It's a game breaking glitch and I will be shortly posting a video of this issue uploaded from my account.

The issue is that I can't play Duo or Squad. I am online to everyone in the ingame friends list and search so noone can invite me and the other way around, I can't invite anyone because they are offline..
I am online in steam and the same people who are online in my Steam friends list are offline in PUBG.
I've also changed my Steam profile and Friends list privacy to public. And opened up a couple of ports in the router, added all the game .exe's to exlusion lists in windows Defender and added the entire pubg map as an exclusion in my AV.

After the plane countdown, the person who can't see the teammate(s) can kill the game in task, reopen the game, and reconnect to the match, then they should be able to see all their teammates again. At least that's how I've been dealing with it in NAPS.

Crouch walking is the quietest sound that a player can make while moving. It can still be heard, but you need to be close to the player in order to hear it. Usually that means the player is also close enough to fire at you so will often catch you off guard

Yup, as takarii mentioned, this is a fairly common misconception of players thinking that the footstep audio is not working in scenarios like seeing a player across the road in another building but not hearing his footsteps. players often clear buildings while crouched and you are not able to hear their footsteps due to the distance between you and the crouched player.

I haven't seen anyone else reporting the same issue, so it is likely that it was a coincidence that you were on a 3 wheeler bike.

The packet loss could have been related to your connection taking a different route to the server when you reconnected, which may explain why it was constant for the rest of the game.

Hi there, I'm having a bit of an issue: I can't hold my breath while using SRs/DMRs. I tried with 4x, 6x and 8x scopes, no dice. I pull a deagle with a holo, can hold breath, no problem. An M416 with a red-dot, no problem as well. SLR, M24, Mini14, Kar98k with a scope? No dice. Any idea what it might be?

@exotic sparrow Use a sensitivity you feel most comfortable with looking / aiming. If it's too hard to control recoil, try increased the vertical multiplier a bit.

So ive been getting this mouse bug in pubg pc and was wondering if anyone else has or knows a fix? It only happens if i hot drop because then my framerate gets really low, but my mouse bugs out. They ignored my appeal initially and only replied to the GDPR section of the ticket and then the last reply was "we can't tell you why" when all I'm asking is for someone competent and aware of what client side model rendering is because like I've said multiple times in the ticket to no avail.. My stats are (and have always been) horrible, including the games I played that I must have been reported in. There was no initial temp ban with any reason like game violations, the support team didn't tell me it was a game violation with a nice copy/paste like they do for others that are caught in that way..

My ban is quite clearly a manual ban off the back of a replay review or similar and that means that whomever watched it, really wasn't aware because I don't think heavily missing shots in every fire fight is uh.. cheating? Anyone watching that replay with a bit of sense can see that..

@hybrid saddle you have to log into the Test Server and select "LABS" mode. It's not skilled based matchmaking but it's also a limited time right now, not fully released to live servers.

Heyo, I thought I would mention this as I have not seen it mentioned overmuch before now. It seems that while I am running PUBG in particular, my base clock speed doesn't want to exceed something close to 40/50% of what it normally would. So instead of getting 1250mhz I am getting like 400-600mhz. This is abnormal and no other games that I play have this issue. Furthermore (I will double check this), it seems that the test server seems to not have performance issues

Your system is waaaaaaaay below the minimum specs, not just barely.
It probably crashes on startup

does someone know what streamers use for settings when they stream? i can stream everygame 1080 at 60fps except pubg, i even streamed cod warzone yesterday with no problem, except pubg it gets so blurry and pixelated when moving around 😦

we can not play pubg in emulator. The game crashed inside the game in every game. This problem happened from the new 0.17.0 update.

The test server is open with changes/fixes for stutters and high CPU usage BUT no one is playing/testing it!! Im in a 15 min matchmaking queue. Please people who have this problem COME JOIN pls! How else are we gonna test this ?

Okay f this. Im currently 29 min in the queue. Im backing out and trying later i guess. How can you even get people to test these things if theres no incentive to test ? Give people a skin or something after testing for a few games and providing feedback!

Why I get these "lags" with the packet loss? It's annoying as hell. Like, I can hear shots, see that I'm getting revived, I can walk, but everyone else just running in one place when I'm the one doing that on my friends screens. When this happens nothing is shown on the network debug thing, but when it turns back to normal I see packet loss that was over 1000% for a split second. They can hear me normally in discord, so I'm guessing this is pubg related. How can I play normally again?

I'm playing on steam. When it goes back to normal it shows them in red colour for 0.5 of a second, so it's very hard to spot.

Hey guys, Ive been trying to install pubg lite on my (shitty) pc and Im having trouble.
So, I already have it installed on another better computer to play with a friend who doesnt own the game, and now Im trying to install it in another one, which is above the recomended specs. The thing is; when I download the executable, it runs correctly and all, but when it supposedly installs the actual game and I press “open the launcher” after finalizing, it just disapears. No launcher, like if nothing was installed.

I tried reopening the exe, and restarting my pc a couple of times, but nothing. Any advice?
