Yesterday I got a VAC ban. The only thing that I can think of is Sound Lock, because the ban took place like 2-3 games after I installed it. However this software is quite common within PUBG players and even WackyJacky101 recommends it. I opened a ticket to PUBG support but was basically told the ban is irreversible and there was no details given on what was the reason for the ban, so I am only suspecting Sound Lock to be the problem. The support ticket number is 5872556. Please help.

Hey, since PUBG pushed the patch to Live servers I've been having a lot of performance issues, frame drops and a lot of stuttering for some reason, plus every time I play (East Coast Player), no matter what server I connect to there is always Packet Loss the whole game unless is a East Coast Server, It's quite frustrating. I had a friend with a similar issue. Two things to try are to make sure you're not behind on Nvidia driver updates. Even if you're not on the most recent. If you're say, 4mo behind it can cause issues.
Another is to see if you are running too many processes/ etc at the same time. It's been causing issues for some people will multiple monitors. Or people using too many programs at once.

Is there anyone that can help me, please? I re-installed my pc last night and wanted to start up PUBG, i got a blue screen and when i wanted to start it up again it said it had to install the whole game again(it turned out just to be a small update) and now when going trough the 'first bootup installation progess' i get 'this feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavalible', i've re-installed my windows multiple times before(once per 2 months) and never had this before.

Running into a game crash every time it launches. Disabled AV, ran Steam and TslGame.exe as Admin, set affinity to 1 core, reduced resolution and refresh rate to 1920x1080 at 60Hz, tried manual content in GameSettings.ini... out of ideas

I've disabled some modifications to the system shell to add extra features and PUBG stopped crashing. I changed the game mode from Windowed Borderless to Fullscreen and re-enabled the shell modifications and now all is well. BattlEye is likely very sensitive to any tomfoolery whatsoever regarding the game exectuables, even something simple like the window border.
Hopefully this helps anyone else with crash problems - alongside unplugging controllers and adding AV exceptions, disable any shell modifications or WindowBlinds or things like that and try again.

also whenever i speak in solo i get the "voice channel "all" is disabled until1mafter the match starts" message which makes me think that my mic is working but i don't get the litle icon next to my name that confirms it and i cannot hear my teammates and i never heard anyone in solos "all" so far

@jolly imp Manually go into settings instead of hitting ctrl+t. Sometimes the settings bug out and you need to re select push to talk in the audio menu, and/or re-bind the push to talk key.

Just had a lobby get hacked playing on PS4 (cross play enabled) lots of network lag for about 2 mins, then game kept going. Inexplicably took damage (not in the blue, not getting shot) and died with 4 people left. Winner was a solo Xbox player who was well out in the blue and at FULL HEALTH. Server crashed before I could get the name but did report them in game before it took the option away. Seems like someone has found a way to hack the servers through an Xbox possibly?

@gleaming vector Hey I'm not sure who to take this to but seeing as you're a mod for the Official PUBG server you may be my best bet. Steam user dadj_NAC ddos-ed mine and my buddies connection about a minute and a half apart right after I killed him in game which resulted in both of us getting killed right as I loaded back in and my buddy just had it happen again 10 minutes later. I'm a computer science major at my university so I recognized this easily and quickly however there is no way to report for this in game.

Patch 5.3 brought a lot of stutters but patch 6.1 literally made the game unplayable . FPS dip down to 20-25 & major stuttering is happening all the time and game is not smooth like before , where I used to get 100+ fps before.

If a car is slow, there's usually a reason for it. It shouldn't be slow on a normal road, when at full health.

It's basically just a server that isn't responding. Nothing you can do, usually kicks itself out of that state after some amount of time - so not on your end, you can just leave that server and re-search for another match :)

Now with that said, the issues that you're talking about - the stuttering/100% cpu issue - are still being actively investigated, and is hard to replicate.

@viral monolith If you picked a weapon that already have a skin equiped, you can change to yours using Alt + Left Click when the cursor is over the item. Is that what you're referring to?
If you pick one without a skin, yours will be automatically applied (of course, you gotta have it selected on your inventory)
