Guys.. i am facing an issue with Vikendi Map.
First thing is huge FPS drops from very beginning
Second thing game lags and fails to load textures and details of building as soon as we drop. But after few minutes and few "freezes" it loads up only for that particular area.
Third thing- constant FPS drop and again texture and details of small shades and building don't load while looting or fighting.
That makes spotting enemies and taking fights difficult.

I have never seen these issues on any other map.
I have i5 9400f
GTX 1660
8gb 3000mhz Ram running at 2666mhz
Game is on HDD (that's 10 years old)

i went to PUBG Lite website clicked on download all good here no country restrictions yet and than i checked the system requirements and maked sure that my laptop is powerfull enough and it is than i've clicked on download button again and the PUBG-Lite-Setup.exe file started to download and than when it finished i've launched it and it installed PUBG Lite Launcher afterwards i've launched the launcher, created PUBG account and logged into the launcher and than at first it showe up normally but than it quickly showed me the message saying that its not avaible in my region wtf
so how come i can download the launcher than ?
so i can have the launcher but not the game ?
this is so stupid

This server is for PUBG PC Steam, Xbox & PS4.

Pubg lite / pubg mobile have their own servers and customer support.

When I’m in game and ALT TAB the volume of the game increases and that volume is much more clear and distinct. When I alt tab back to PUBG the volume reduces and is less distinct. I have adjusted all the suggestions that have been made on Google but none of those seem to fix this issue. Have any of you experienced this or have a solution? Thank you in advance.

Theres the issue, it works well as a GPU for daily workloads such as browsers, school stuff etc. But its really(!!!)below minimum recommended.

Yea. its the fact that you have two monitors(With different referesh rates I guess?), doenst matter if you use the second one for Discord and w/e. Unplug the second screen from your PC. @tough vigil

@sick bane Might have been that Steam just lost its location on the disk, press the "install" button in Steam and if it's just an allocation error Steam will find it during the "installation".

I just bought pubg on steam and my account is a new one. I played it for 22 minutes and then stopped for a bit. I log back on to steam and now I have an alert that my steam account is suspected of fraudulent activity. Pubg has been my only purchase and that too with my own debit card

It's probably just a setting on the channel properties. And if you need a plan for it, it really shouldn't be that hard.

I'm having audio issues, I can't pinpoint where sound is originating from anymore and it's a very frustrating experience. I can't even tell what direction someone shooting a "clean" AR 100m from me are. It all started when windows decided to activate "spacial sound" (right click the speaker icon) it took me maybe a month before I found out that this was what was making the audio un-playable, I changed it to the previous state. Now I just can't locate sounds. Anyone have any suggestions? I have updated drivers, and re-installed the game.

There was an issue with the API around that time which would have meant the ingame data wasn't updated for matches completed in that period

Sup guys. I currently have a problem launching the game. It launches but only pass the pubg logo in the beginning as well as the sponsors. Further from there i get a black screen. When checking in task manager it says that "TsIGame" is not responding. I checked pubg support for some solutions but none of the stuff they mentioned worked. I also submitted a ticket but haven't received a response yet. Do you guys maybe have any idea how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

Try clearing your steam download cache by going to steam settings-> Downloads -> Clear download cache

Then verify the integrity of game files by right clicking pubg in your steam library -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify integrity of game files

It should check and fix any corrupted files

Hi guys
This may help resolve the issue:

Step 1 for windows 8.1 and older

so your advice isn't working as fix for problem with launching of pubg 😄 tired all the things but no luck with that... I see that BE service and BE launcher will start in Task Manager and after short while it closes without lkaunching a game... I am lucky sometimes and launch game on ~10th try... @quick chasm

The AMD platform called AM4 has run through 3 generations which are very different to each other. So to be able to actually use an older chipset motherboard (Not all manufacturers) you have to install the newer BIOS version (Version 1 for 2600 wont work with the 3600, so you need to place a CPU in the socket to install the newer the newer BIOS, which is "backwards compatible") @oak hound

ight. I'd start off moving back to a clean, known good Nvidia driver - like 431.60 (clean install when installing), some people have been having issues with stability and such on the latest drivers. And in that screenshot the 1080 is barely even working - at 36% usage?

Yeah, that's a bottleneck of some sort. And given your CPU isn't even hitting 100%, i don't see why. Have you tried turning up some settings? Engines will normally only really use as much GPU/CPU as they need for given tasks/settings, though you should be hitting upwards of like 140+ most of the times regardless with that setup

Yeah, it'll be interesting to see the difference. At Ultra, you'll be offloading far more work to the GPU. Could just be at 1080p it really isn't having to work all that hard - generally at lower resolutions the CPU works harder

Are you guys aware that there's a major glitch which is appearing more often that when playing squads, there's a possibility that one of your teammates won't show up the in the bottom left corner and you can only see 3 of them and when you land, there's no name tag, so you kill your teammate and it says that it was a team kill, but there was no name tag. Instead, there's some "MMMMMMM" guy below the map showing up instead of your real teammate. I get this like 1/30 of my matches.

so guys, i have an I5-4670k running at 3.7ghz quad core and was thinking of updating my machine, the only thing i need new is a motherboard, cpu, RAM from DDR3 to DDR4 3200Mhz, and case basically which is roughly 600$ USD, is it worth to upgrade to this machine instead? Decent machine. Only thing i'd do is go 3rd gen ryzen over 2nd gen. Could get something like a 3600 and overclock it and it'll perform like a 3900x, plus 6cores/12 threads is overkill even for gaming - and VM's. Higher IPC too, so single-threaded workloads such as gaming will perform that much better

Going past 6~ cores you start to see diminishing returns really : ex 9900k vs 9700k

And your GPU, is that overclocked too - or not? And have you tried re-installing the drivers for that from a clean-slate with DDU?

If you've gone as far as reinstalling windows and such - then honestly, it could even be a hardware-level issue. Bad RAM can cause alot of crashes without any other symptoms, same with bad GPU's/GPU VRAM. I'd suggest testing each component individually through stress-tests and seeing if any of those fail too - failing the support ticket not being able to help, ofcourse

almost one week ago i tried this game on my friend 1080ti and i dropped to Charlie and game went on crashing ... which mean GPU is exceptional case in this crashing. One thing let me add that yesterday one of my RAM has been burned in ram slot... but i was facing this issue before the RAM incident. In addition, i got almost 120 pings in server. So maybe latency issue?

also try to update your bios, i had so many problems with many games ever since i built this pc 6-7 years ago, i updated the bios yesterday and it was fixed, i guess i forgot to update the bios upon building the system, also dont forget to re enable the disk drive where ever windows boots from, otherwise it fixed my issue of lag spikes and random FPS drops as well

My bios are upto dated already and i checked every driver also tried to reinstall drivers of GPU and MOBO too but still issue exist.

@idle ocean make sure go to In Game Setting and in Audio Menu go to VOICE CHAT> Voice Input Mode and make it Open Mic or Push to Talk.
Next also Checkout Voice chat Channel to Team Only to make sure only your teammates can hear you.

Having trouble with one of the missions. I can’t seem to get past the one for removing skins. I’m doing the shift + alt + LMB prompt but it woun’t work. Why? Could my keybindings be messing with it? Is it right shift/alt? What the hell do I do? It’s making me unable to progress in that track and it’s making me angry.
