@everyone i got a problem with pubg . i newly bought PUBG and i faced a BIG problem.
i have all the Specs, such as : CPU core i7, 2GB graphic card, and 8GB ram, i still don't know how to fix it.
the problem is i get tooo much low FPS. i mean, i get 30 FPS with screen scale 80, and all settings very low. wich ruins my game. any advice i can improve my screen scale, and get good FPS! i will be so thanksfull, if you have a reply, be SURE to DM me, or TAG me! i will be so thanksfull if someone gives me a help!

The reason for you issues is problably that you GPU is way below the minimum requirements and the CPU fails them shortly as well

i was playing squads with a guy i suspected was cheating,
i tried looking up his stats by his ingame name "P**********" ...but that user was not to be found...
after the game, i clicked on my squad stats and his in game name was completely different, it was actually:
"Huya*******"

Hi, I've always had ping spikes from time to time playing pubg (nothing too bad), but for the past couple of weeks or so, whenever I get into a gun fight or just out of the blue, my screen would just freeze for like 5-10 seconds followed by a major ping spike... I have a pretty solid rig getting about 100-120 on average.. can anyone relate or is the problem on my end?

The game freezes at the loading screen of the lobby in spawn island,etc.. and it comes back to gameplay when i am in the plane after it has crossed the midway.. and when i land or pick up some object it freezes upto 3 secs.. and the game is laggy as hell.. my pc specs - nvidia gtx 1050ti, 8gb ram, intel i5 7th gen.. please fix this

Low graphics would shift a lot of processing over to your CPU rather than using your GPU as much.

I have lower FPS during parachuting and during warmode the games stutters. Hot drop sanhok bootcamp is just terrible now with 60 FPS on a i9-9900k 2080TI. How will it be on lower specs even FeelsBadMan . PUBG i have replays zipped from 2 games (1 normal and 1 custom) where the FPS drop was noticeable. Msg me if you are interested in the replays.

Need help or the support client. I'm playing from south Africa and could play on EU servers on 170 ping. Since the new update we are rerouted to AS servers and the ping is 450. @celest panther I see this has been mentioned above several times by other South African players, but since this latest patch PUBG has effectively alienated tens of thousands of players from various sectors around the globe. The game is unplayable in its current state for any South African player - even with a fibre line of 100mbps I am getting 400 ping to AS servers now - whereas before I'd manage with 150 ping to EU. This has to be sorted out soonest otherwise PUBG will lose players like crazy. It's all over the forums in SA and really needs to be made high priority. Please 👏

I wonder what the official pubg-corp response would have been like if this matchmaking issue affected the larger regions the same way it is affecting us.

If Asia/NA/EU were being automatically routed to a region that made them play on 400+ ping, there would have been a shitstorm. Not anything like we're seeing now.

It may have been observed already but the issue with not loading back into lobby after a match doesn't seem to happen to me when it's a really short match, i.e. if I die right after landing and Leave Match. Otherwise, if it's a few minutes or longer, it can take a looong time to get back. mebbe the amount of data doing something

guys i dont know what else to do. Was playing PUBG last night and it was fine. Ive done nothing to my computer. Today i came on and theres no sound in PUBG. The game keeps crashing. There is no crash report window when this happens. Often this seems to happen roughly when there's about 32'ish players (I miss what phase it is), and I can start to hear the air plane/air drop in the distance. This happens on Erangle, Live server.

Xbox servers are such trash! Literally dashboard 4 times in one game.. get down to top 10 and dashboard again and die because of like what the actual ****? @gaunt remnant As I just mentioned, dashboard crashes are unlikely to be related to your internet. Have you power cycled your system and network hardware and have a reinstalled the game yet?
