I Just had a game of TPP solo where the first 20 or so players that died, instead of the kill going to the Killer the player that died just "died from falling" even though they were killed by gunfire, I also killed 2 players during this time (before the first circle appeared) and both kills weren't granted due to the "dying by falling" even though we were both on concrete ground shooting at each other

I had ADS set to HOLD, but when I switch weapon i have to wait till the animation finishes before I can ADS or it just doesn't ADS at all even thought right click is held down.

So in most games, when you try to ADS and are just finishing something else it basically just says hang on, then does it when complete. PUBG you need to restart the input.

I don't have the ability to change a channel in my server to another region. Only change the server. Changing for you would result in another group having 250+ ping.
Creating a server is free though, LFG here and invite them to yours.

Well, I was able to run it at a crisp 50-70 FPS on my old PC.
It was a 1050 ti 4GB.
But, If you're looking to run it without spending lots of cash, I would go for somewhere in the i5, but I know a Pentium can run it, you can find those for about 30 bucks.

Latency and desync are the culprits here
Server locations are primarily limited to the infrastructure amazon has established, so its not quite as simple as just "put more servers in other places"

What you are suggesting is methods of hosting a server using what is refered to these days as "Legacy" methods
When the method you use to do it is a legacy method.
PUBG uses cloud systems to host their servers. Resources are not fixed, but scale based on requirements
That means that "servers" are created and demolished as demand increases or decreases.
There is no "fixed" resource pool
So you can't host a server like you would for CSGO as there isnt techncially a "server"
