For anyone having windows 10 and PUBG issues, Check to see if you have MSi Ramdisk installed. Causes problems with steam, pubg and corrupts windows recovery tools. Since i could not recover windows it gave me a headache for a month. @tribal flicker tagging so you can help people if they have this installed, my game would crash at tittle 10x or more before it would start, i think it has something to do with the memory dumps.

ive heard that making sure your audio is set to 48khz helps

Hello, ever since the last patch my frame rates have almost halved from around 110-120 to around 60-70 generally. Ive tried all the normal things and searched forums etc but cant seem to get it back up to speed. i have a 970 and a 4790k. Run nearly all settings on Very low apart from textures and sometimes ant aliasing at low, which has always run really smoothly. Anyone got any ideas or fixes short of reinstalling windows 😦 ?

@boreal spindle make sure your driver doesn’t have any updates... I know the GEfoce cards had an update this past week, after that I would check things around what background programs you have running along with PUBG, and lastly I would take the textures settings down a bit

Its rubber banding, but in a much more limited fashion than it could be

7.1 headphones don't have 7 speakers and a subwoofer in them. They have two drivers and software.

Any surround sound is virtual, even if you have all 7 speakers.
HTRF is a binaural audio method. Think of it being similar to having a microphone on each ear of your character.

@plush osprey first of all, you shouldnt really tag everybody in a server (you didnt you just tagged a guy named everybody), also tagging pu's role will not help you either. but yeah alot of people have been having issues getting their crates. im sure valve is aware (probably a steam issue) and is probably beginning work on a solution

Yeah I was just writing a ticket as I sent it. I've heard that if you bought it through twitch that most people fixed the issue by unlinking and relinking their accounts. Wish I could do that with my steam account to see if that would work haha

@soft galleon You can mute a channel, but sadly you cannot, at this time, mute a specific channels 'everyone' notifications. That said, if your super bothered, but willing to check the two non-XBOX announcement channels you can suppress 'everone' server wide.
