This may seem like a weird solution (but for me changing regions stopped blue screens for me for a few games so anything could work lol) but disable all start-up programs unless that are needed on start-up like wireless adapter stuff and then reboot and instantly try PUBG, if it works, it's one of your programs

its definitely related to some softwares in your pc or something. odds on the game working fine if you do a clean install? if that doesnt work then just hardware idk

Enabling 2 Windows services (Security Center + Windows Management Instrumentation)

Press Windows key + R
Enter "services.msc"
Find the mentioned above services and Right click-> Properties
Set startup type to "Automatic"
Start the service under "Service status"

@zealous anchor Well then it have made up my mind.. i'll never play PUBG again... i have build this 5000$ Rig for a purpose... to be able to do my work and my playtime at the same time.... im not gonna build another Rig just to do the automatic working tasks on, that's why i use a VM program... and even if i shut down the VMware workstation, the services for VMware are still running and i can't shut them down without uninstalling VMware and reboot...

@upbeat forge Welp I got it. I set up an SLI profile but wanted to check GPU usage with EVGA Precision. Then I remembered that EVGA Precision has a "target framerate" option. I set it to 120, ran the game and got 120fps. Then afterwards I removed PUBG .exe from the SLI profile, relaunched game and still got the 120

Also, try not to move more than you absolutely have to. Then your own footsteps will not make it hard to hear other sounds(or give your position away)
