Hello, for some reason my game recently got this issue where the gun sounds so little when im not facing it. I understand, thank you for clarifying. However, this is exactly the issue I’m facing — the support system only provides automated responses and refuses to do a manual review. On Reddit there are plenty of cases where the anti-cheat falsely flagged harmless software, and only a manual check resolved it.

For context: I’ve been playing PUBG for 8 years without a single ban. Only after I created a second account — which was instantly banned for 24 hours after being mass-reported — my main account also started receiving 24-hour suspensions. In just one week, I’ve had 4 bans in a row. Support even confirmed to me that temporary bans can be triggered purely by player reports. But the game is designed in such a way that players report everyone who kills them, regardless of whether they are cheating or not.

In my case, support simply tells me that “I must figure it out on my own” because they don’t have the resources to investigate further. But this leaves players like me stuck in a loop of repeated temporary bans with no way to resolve the situation, even though we’ve never cheated.

I fully respect the rules and don’t expect details of how the anti-cheat works, but there should be at least some escalation path for genuine false positives. Right now, it feels like there’s no one to turn to and no real solution, which is very frustrating after years of fair play and investment into the game.

yes every match has to be at least 5 mins for it to count, and you only get 1 count even if you win and the whole thing lasted 40 mins basically

If you expect your laptop getting too hot, might check airvents and cleanup those from dust.

I used to play back in 2013 to 2017 with gaming laptop. It had propellers under to keyboard, basicly towards counter of the desktop.

My solution was that I got external monitor, and keyboard. Turned the laptop into shape of letter A Also I set the default monitor of the laptop off, in order to run the the machine cooler.

There were not available at stores laptop coolers back then. Now search engines can provide you various mechanical 'laptop coolers' which might cool of your gaming laptop.

Hello i got problem with verifying files every time it show this.... The game is unplayable every single time i play for like 10-20mins and start lagging and freeze need to restart PC after the freeze. I try run PC for 1h stress testing, benchmarking for some issue with PC Hardware nothing seems bad, 0 problems with start lagging or freezing. I tried 2x Reinstall Windows, 4x Reinstall full PUBG with APPDATA and other filles that left. Deleting some folders and try verify nothing help 🙁 So if somebody got same problem i will be glad to hear some fix 🙂 Thanks

• BTW WIN11 LAST UPDATE IS BREAKING A LOT OF SSD AND CAUSING BLUESCREEN. CHECK ABOUT IT
• i recommend to use win10 until the last moment of his life (not the microsoft support) but when the games and drivers will not support anymore
• try old driver version
  dont update drivers if you dont need (always check the changelog)
• change the directx of the game
• install the game on another partiton or disk. avoid installing on the system protected disk and folders

After updating PUBG this morning, my FPS has been capped to 60. This has happened to me before but I have no idea how to fix it. I have my GPU set to max performance and I also have ingame FPS set to max with smoothed frame rate disabled.
I usually get around 140-150 FPS in game but im struggling to get 60. Since the fps is capped, my GPU is also not working at 100%, it barely is using 70 watts. i've tried everything from resetting the settings to restarting my PC. All the other games are working fine and are putting full load on my GPU but idk whats wrong with PUBG

My PUBG is just sort of invisible, I can hear the swoosh, and whenever I get invited to a team I can also hear that, but I don't see anything else. I can also see the overlay pop up, but the game itself doesn't show.
The last one is what the overlay pop-up looks like.

many software uses other executable to "split" functions but all of them share memory to get everything work correctly (especialy in the game boot process)

try the steps bellow:

• go to where the game exec is located: ..\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64\ open the BattleEye folder and run the uninstall.bat file (do not run as admin)
• go to C:\Program Files\common\PUBG right click on the the uninstall.exe file and run as admin.
• Press WIN+R and type or copy&paste this: %USERPROFILE%\appdata\local\tslgame\saved delete everything inside this folder
  (you can save the config folder in case you want your game settings back)
• run the game

Hi, I need help with a bug. My PC specs are Ryzen 5 2600, B450M motherboard, 16GB RAM, and RX 580 8GB. The first time I played PUBG, I also got stuck but deleting the "Movies" folder fixed it. However, now after finishing one match, I get stuck again and cannot return to the lobby. The result screen (damage/kill stats) does not appear at all. if he dont receive the response...he can't load the next page or some elements
so almost everytime this issue is network related

• delete the CoCache folder:
  Press Win+R and type %localappdata%/tslgame/saved then delete the cohcache folder.
  test if it helps.

• still persist?? disable the IPV6 connection
  open windows search > View Network Connection
  double~click on the "ETHERNET" adapter and see if IPV6 is working
  if yes...go to the "properties" and uncheck the "Internet Protocol Version 6"
  restart the pc and test.

• the last option if nothing worked:
  install the cloudflare warp (its free and safe)
  install...check if the connection is PRIVATE and is using warp protocol

vrr only works inside the adaptive-sync range of your monitor...in general is 48~165hz
any value out this range..the vrr is "disabled".

Try this settings here:

• Gsync+vsync enabled
• Reflex ON
• limite the framerate to 2~4 numbers bellow the display frequency
  in your case it will be 161~163fps.

Now in my opnion the vrr is not something that great as the backlight strobe
i really recommend to use some "Motion blur reduction" stead the VRR thing.
some brand like asus allow to use both the tech at same time.

I need some help figuring out why my system is performing worse than my friend’s, even though we both have very similar specs.

My specs:

CPU: Intel i7-6700 (non-K)

GPU: RTX 3050 6GB

RAM: 12GB DDR4

Motherboard: ASUS H110M-CS

Resolution: Native 1366×768 (upscaled to 1080p)

Friend’s specs:

CPU: Intel i7-6700 (non-K)

GPU: GTX 1660 Super

RAM: 16GB DDR4

The problem:

In PUBG, my GPU usage often drops to 10–40% and my FPS dips to 10–20 in some areas.

In open areas I only get around 80–90 FPS max.

My friend’s system stays very stable: his FPS rarely drops below 150–160, and in open areas he even hits 220–240.

Our CPUs are the same model, but his clocks up to 3.80 GHz, while mine stays around 3.67 GHz.

Both of us have non-K CPUs with motherboards that don’t support overclocking.

Question:
Why is my performance so much worse, and what can I do to fix it? Is it because of my RAM, motherboard, or something else?

i think the main problem is the wrong graphics choice:

rtx 3050 is PciE x8 4.0 = 32gbps
but you are using in pciE x8 3.0 = ** 16gbps** a half of the throughput.

the 1660 super is x16 3.0 = 32gbps
your friend is getting the full performance throughput from his card.

1. GPU difference (RTX 3050 6GB vs GTX 1660 Super)

Even though the RTX sounds “newer,” in reality the 3050 6GB is weaker than the 1660 Super in many games, especially PUBG.

The 1660 Super has much stronger raw rasterization power, while the 3050 is more of an entry-level card focused on eSports and ray tracing (which PUBG doesn’t use).
👉 So that’s already a big difference — your friend’s GPU is simply faster.

2. RAM capacity and dual-channel

You have 12 GB DDR4, which most likely means 8 GB + 4 GB sticks.

That doesn’t match properly, so your RAM runs in asynchronous dual-channel or even single-channel mode, which kills performance (PUBG is very memory hungry).

Your friend has 16 GB in proper dual-channel → much more stable FPS and fewer drops.

3. CPU and motherboard

Same CPU (i7-6700), the difference between 3.67 vs 3.80 GHz is negligible (just a few %).

However, your H110M-CS is a low-end chipset, with weaker VRMs and power delivery → sometimes the CPU may throttle or run less stable under load.

His Q170M-C is a higher-end board, more stable under stress.

4. Resolution and scaling

Since a couple of weeks I have very poor graphics performance and high GPU load in PUBG. I have a powerful PC with 3080 graphics card and i7 10th gen. Previously I could easily play pubg @ 4k resoluation with very high settings and now it even struggles @ 1080p and low settings. I reinstalled PUBG and reinstalled graphics drivers. MSI log shows high GPU load, even at low resolution and low settings. Other games are OK.

I get framerates down to below 30 fps sometimes. The only way I can play it a little bit is 1080P @ full screen and low settings. Even 1080p on borderless gives bad FPS.

Hello, i have a problem. When i try to join a game it takes so long to enter and the worst of it, when it joins it start to freeze every second, 1 FPS and then it crashes out. so for people in CANADA that are using ROGERS internet, it seems there is a issue with connectivity to PUBG for some reason. You'll have to VPN to a USA server and then launch VPN. Then it works fine. Not sure but this seems to have started recently since last patch.

Try this:
