yes its on ultimate performance, in battle royale its not too bad, usually 60 fps but in tdm it drops a lot sometimes its hard to get even 15 fps which is not playable at all

and before that it was so bad that walls stopped rendering

After two days of troubleshooting and installing the game 69th time but this time with a freakin windows reinstallation.. I found out my account was hacked by a clown, this guy changed my pubg profile nameplate, one of my clothing presets, played one game and got banned. Pubg then refused to launch the game for me, also my battleeye files got corrupted by windows defender or firewall I guess... so I had to reinstall my windows

For a while now i noticed that for some odd reason i got so bad at this game i have to ask others now just in case anyone can point out something here.
So! Normally my reaction time is somewhere between 163 to 190 ms (there's a cool website called Human Benchmark i measured it there), but on the replays i see myself acting so slow like gramps on a heavy dosage of drugs and alcohol. What's even worse is that no matter how accurate i try to be others are a lot accurate, and i tried everything from tweaking with mouse sensitivity to aim and scope sensitivity, yet this clip shows best probably that in this moment wherein the other player and i pulled the trigger almost at the same time with the same speed aiming at the head i still die first. I know ping is a huge factor but it's usually around 38-44 so it shouldn't be an issue i also fixed a problem that was told here by someone that having cable connection to the internet is better than wifi which was indeed an improvement. But as bad as it looks currently this is my "best".
Any ideas where i'm having any shortcomings? Any criticism welcome

It's the servers and desync. Some days they work almost fine other days it's mess. Even on 20 ping I was getting these same moments where on replay it would look like I'm just standing there and not reacting, while on my side I reacted instantly, a lot of times even pre-firing if I know where enemy is.
I'm on EU and since Frankfurt is gone it's even worse (got 20ms added to my latency when connecting to Dublin). Also what I noticed is this is worst when playing against Ukrainian, Turkish and middle-eastern people (nothing against them but whenever I see their clan tags and names in feed I expect server issue and me and my teammates already warn each other when someone knocks or gets knocked by someone from those regions). I don't know what their pings are, but 9/10 situations I go against them I will die to desync. It's just not fun when you know you outplayed them, hit better and more shots, and other player reacted much much later and they still get easy kill on you. For some reason, this is much more common against fresh accounts that are like under lvl 100 bronze.
I'd rather lose to a cheater than lose to a server.

A lot of times people think it's cheaters when they die instantly, but most of the time it's just server desyncing them, so many people have no idea how bad the servers are. Like, you probably died a lot of times to what looked like 1st or 2nd bullet which is most of the time impossible (unless they hit double headshot with AR), but it's just server acting up. Enemy likely shot 10+ bullets, you heard one or two and you died. This happens all the time.

Hello. I am experiencing unknown crash, do you have some tips to solve this.
In detail : I downloaded PUBG 2 days ago and I was able to play, but I quit the game to do my thing and later (after like 3 hours) I wanted to play again with friends, and then if I start the game it runs for like 3-5 minutes and crashes, crash report says unknown crash.

BSODs are usually caused by kernel driver issues - could be anti-cheat, though I don't know if the version for PUBG has a kernel level component.

They protect your system since all drivers running in kernel mode share the same memory space and could corrupt each other.

I don't think so:/ Others have had issue where the anti cheat didn't load properly and I suggested uninstalling/reinstalling it (pubg installs it automatically if it has been removed), but I haven't got any messages back confirming that that helped.

you can tune them slightly. Also as a general note: Sensitivity scales exponentially in this game, where a step up of 15 sens doubles your sensitivity.

usually i just played everything 50 and there was no problem with my scopes for example if i use the 6x or 8x the sens is faster than it sdhould be but once i zoom in its 3x faster
