I have a problem with the fullscreen.
I have a 4k 60hz screen, but I would like to play in 2k with 120fps.
When I start the game or when I do any alt+tab, or alt+enter or f11. The game does nothing but move from borderless to windowed. But never fullscreen. Also when borderless the fps only lock to 60.

This is a problem because every time I do alt+tab, when I return to the game I have to:

• press alt+enter
• open settings and set fullscreen

Not to mention the fact that when it's windowed it runs out of gpu memory and crashes.

alt+enter is the windows default keybind to change between screenmode
when you set 1440p ingame and set to fullscreen
the gmae will override your windows 4k (while you are playing)
if you exit or do alt+tab...the game needs to let the system switch back to 4k

i'm just saying thing to help you figure out! since you're amd user...check if theres nothing enabled on that painel (amd adrenalin?). amd some times let some settings applied by game

i'm on fhd monitor but i play in 4k to get a better AA effect
i need to use in bordless to avoid problem with alt+tab

Standard procedure is to try unlinking and relinking your Twitch and Krafton accounts. But sometimes reward distribution from those events takes a day or two. If you don't have it by, say, Tuesday, then you should contact support.

Sup guys, did someone have this problem already and knows how to fix it? I had this problem in october last year and had to wait 2 weeks until the new patch came out because I got 72h temp bans back to back to back etc.. I didn't change anything on my system, yet it was solved after the update. This time, I don't really want to wait this long cause I'm on vacation and have a lot of spare time and I'm not even getting temp banned, I just cannot start a game. Any ideas? I already tried to uninstall and install zksvc.exe, verifying the integrity of my game files and reinstalling my game. I'm not running ExitLag, MSI Afterburner, NVIDIA Profile Inspector and any shenanigans, that's why I'm out of ideas.

i recommend to add the gamefolder to the EXCLUSION list on defender to avoid system blocking the "ac system".

Well....I think the "solution" I found to "fix" the anti-cheat problem....is to use win10!!!
I used it from someone I know who had the same problem and has spent almost 25 minutes without receiving the error!
So if anyone is willing to take the risk...you can dual boot and test or run win10 using a VM (I haven't tested this method).

It's hard to "fix" drops
unreal engine 4 has this problem in all games
Most devs use shader compilation to reduce drops
but pubg doesn't have shader compilation 😢
try using dx12 (I don't recommend it because it's in beta) but it should help because this api itself do caches
You can also try limiting your fps below the value it drops (180 drops to 130...then fix at 120)

My 500 g-coins from the PUBG Drops Day were deleted/expired and yet there's still 54 minutes left in the event currently. Some of my clanmates have the same issue. So what's the deal????

expiration time starts after you claimed the gcoin - it has nothing to do with how long it has left for the event to end - if you claimed it on the first day of the event, then you had 2 days left to use it which the expiration date would be 25th of May

if you click on your gcoins, you can see when they expire

but if you still think there's something wrong with it you can always submit a support ticket i believe

QwQ is right. Sadly, the timer starts the moment you claim the temporary coin. So next time, don't claim the coins until you're ready to spend them (or just before the event ends or whatever).

No but I got an email from their support group saying they kicked it up to the development team, it’s a known issue affecting more people than just me, and they are working on finding a solution. Windows 11 specific, it would seem. I’m guessing it’s a conflict with the confidential computing platform or some of the other more general protections from windows 11. I don’t get the issue on my windows 10 system, same account, same network cable, same software. It started on the May 21 server connectivity issue that they had. Sucks. No idea if they have any candidate solutions or not. I’m a developer as well, so it’s painful to sit on the sidelines on this.

he makes constant modifications + updates without consent
players should live like they did in the win7 era (you had more control of the system)
Possibly a win11 update must be preventing the game driver from working correctly
Maybe uninstalling the latest Windows update should fix it (I don't know)
I still think it's easier to use Win10 and stick with it until Steam and games no longer accept running on it

About the anticheat problem... all we can do is wait for the Krafton fix
mostly it is related to win11
but recently it has been happening to people on Windows 10 too
I managed to solve it using win10 on two PCs.
In other words...it's not 100%. For some it may resolve and for others it may not.

The support people that I have contacted are giving elme the same fix for the anti cheat that we have been going through here plus now they are telling me to uninstall pubg and reinstalled it again after telling them I have done that 2 times I'm not sure if they are even reading the reports seriously you guys!!!....this sucks
