Good morning, I decided to play PUBG again after 5 years. It used to run pretty well but now it's nearly impossible to play. Also tried to uninstall and clean install. Updated Windows to the latest build and drivers (including GPU). I have a GTX1060 and i5 6600. Game hardly runs at 50-60 fps and it keeps dropping to 20 all the time, CPU works at 100% when I open PUBG. Any tip? I know my build is old, but it should be good enough to run the game. I have set everything on very low.

pubg is not optimized. the game have a poor cpu optimization.
the U4 engine is not good to handle high fps without some drops / shaders compilation / memory leak.

• **dx11 **makes more fps but is not good when in cities and players in the screen
• **dx11e **can't do high fps like dx11 ..but handle better in cities & players on screen.
  - dx12 is the worst. high cpu usage and can't render more fps then dx11e. (so worst than dx11)
  but could be great for intel 12/13/14th gen
  and do shader compilation which means ' game more stable.' (well..not always on U4)

for me is waste to upgrade just to play this game
the drops persist even on an high-end hardware.
i recommend to wait the game update to the U5 to see if performs better

Just updated PubG.
Checked at least 5 times the files, verificiation all good.
As soon as I start the game, the into video starts, then just exit's from the game.

Tried restart the PC, exit from Antivirus and such, still the same.

game use more than 10 servers/domain
its so easy to some of then been blocked by firewall system / router or ISP (for those behind CGNAT )

The ISP has no traffic control if i use a VPN. But i already said, the vpn-connection to didn't fix the loading issue. I tested it by connecting to various continents. Tried 3 different DNS-Servers (ipv4&6), no luck there either.

Next step is using wireshark and going nuts analyzing every single connection. Everything else seems to be guesswork from this point on. In the end it might turn out not to be network-related at all.

It absolutely pisses me off that Krafton dropped the support in discord and ignore my Support-ticket for the second time. Here we are trying to figure shit out for over a year now. I have quite a few friends working in the IT just as me. They have the same Bug and we haven't been able to solve this.

sometimes its occour outside your local connection (isp)
but sometimes is in local (system/router) so just try all the ways you can first
vpn/dns dont resolve? Use another internet provider like from your mobile phone

After every game I play I need to spam escape and Restart Lobby, sometimes 5 times before it starts initializing.
Apparently this is an ISP Issue, 3 of my friends that have the same ISP (Orange Belgium) also have this issue.
All my other friends that have other ISPs and dont have this problem.
How can we ever get this fixed? Seems like mission impossible.

I posted on Discords And Reddits and my account wasn’t only one with 1000”s of hours multiple accounts for banned today with long standing ownership and playtime

So for the record multiple people were banned today with 2000/30000/4000/5000/6000 hours

It’s either a system wide error or targeted reported attacks via a report bomb

I can’t speak for anyone else other than me . Logically makes zero sense to cheat after owning the game since it was released. I’m also shocked at how they handle complaints. I am well aware of terms of service and Eula’s. However, right is right and wrong is wrong. Having honest people banned who spent money and time without any recourse of a trial or appeal makes zero sense. Meanwhile they have 100”s of thousands of hackers roaming servers DAILY. They have clans cheating together getting slaps on wrist.

Forensically , I’ve run the same data/applications on my windows PC for the last 10-Years. So , the report telling me it’s detecting “software or macros” or software that goes against TOS or Eula . I’m sorry, but that’s a load of bulls****

People personally reached out to me once my post when live. Some were banned in Groups (I.e playing together in a match at same time on same map together in a team and or squad)

It wasn’t just me today . And this is to much data for it to be a coincidence.

That’s another thing that makes zero sense . This “channel” isn’t associated or affiliated with PubG? Yet, offers quests and digital goods for the Game they claim they have no attachment with? So , when players need help they are not affiliated but when they wanna giveaway items and gain traction and traffic on this discord they are affiliated?
