I'd suggest forwarding your screen shot (if not video) to support in a bug report. The more evidence they get, the easier it'll be for them to track down and fix.

Just played 13 games in a row, in the span of two hours, where my team got killed by cheaters. We're not even playing Ranked. What can be done to fix this? Banning people doesn't work. Anti-cheat doesn't work. Do I need to fucking cheat just to have a good time with my friends? Is that what it takes?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but does anyone know how to get Sound Lock to work with pubg? Whenever a sound in game is above the sound threshold I have set in the sound lock software it will disable itself (playing that sound at full volume) and then re-enable itself when the volume in game is below essentially making the software useless. Is this an issue with PUBG or Sound Lock? Does anyone know of a solution to make Sound Lock work as intended?

You can't migrate accounts from Epic to Steam. They're separate platforms. All you can do is create a new account on Steam and start playing there.

i think i should to start recording my games. one of my teammates was downed far away from the rest of the squad, and picked up by the enemy that downed them. while the game was still in session, the downed teammate appeared to be teleporting around, but when i reviewed the replay that wasn't the case. has anyone experienced anything similar before? seeing a teammate's icon teleporting around t he map when being carried by an enemy?

How often does the issue happen? Have you done ping tests / checked if it could be to do with other load on your network?

Hey guys, recently me and my friends started encountering this issue. First started with a friend and now its moved on to me, we started encountering this error after coming back from a break which started from December - Last week.
Symptoms:
When in the Lobby - Lagging, Textures take longer to load, Switching through tabs freezes the game.
When in a match - Stuttering when people fire shots, constant fps drops while skydiving, random "NETWORK LAG DETECTED"
When in Training - Driving around the map causes stutters and freezes for multiple seconds, texture quality decreases during this time.
All these have one thing in common, I go from around 150+ frames down to 10, my ping jumps from 60 to 300 (sometimes to 2,399), and the "NETWORK LAG Detected".
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Things we've tried ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Lowering settings, FPS Cap, and Resolution (All test were ran on Lowest settings at 1440 x 900)
- Loaded a System Restore Point
- Ran PUBG in Safe Mode with Networking
- Reinstalling Graphics Card Drivers
- Reinstalled WIFI/ETHERNET Drivers
- Reset Router, WIFI, Domain and DNS.
- Ran a MEMTEST, DISKDOC, and a DEFRAG
- Disabled OverClocking / AITweaker (ASUS - NVIDIA/ EZ Boost (GIGABYTE - AMD - XMP)
- Enabled SVID (My Motherboard ASUS B450-F, Is missing this and most voltage settings)
- Adding "-maxMem=13000 -malloc=system -USEALLAVAILABLECORES" to launch options
- SFC /SCANNOW AND CHKDSK /f /r (Both of these found thing wrong with our systems and successfully repaired them)
- Moving PUBG to different SSD
- Reinstalled PUBG
------------------------------------------------- None of this worked, even at lowering the amount that it occurred -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Mine - Friend - - GPU: GIGABYTE 2070 SUPER - GPU: GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB
- MOBO: B450-F WIFI 2 - MOBO: B365M D63H
- RAM: 32GB VENGEANCE RBG PRO 3200MHz - RAM: 2x PNY @ 3200 MHz, and a secondary Random Stick, but running at 2400MHz
- CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x 4.20GHz - CPU:i5-9400F @ 2.9GHz
- SSD: 870 EVO 2TB and 980 PRO 1TB - SSD: WDC WDS240

Hahah, yeah I forgot I had it on. the only other things running were Discord and Medal but both were using my GPU. Normally without recording and streaming itâs only around 30% CPU and 60% GPU
on my 12yo system i cant use the discord and/or discord overlay in game cuz my cpu will struggle to handle discord (background) and somehow the overlay will affect the game 
but i think is not your case cuz u have a nice cfg

Multiple people are having this issue. No point in reporting it here, they just tell you to make a support ticket on the website and never respond. Games you play often should go on an SSD just to experience a lower amount of issues, but its not needed for PUBG. Ive played this game of a flash drive before.

Had BSOD on launch so I searched for a fix, now it says this (without going into BSOD)

1 - run steam in admin mode
2 - if u did changed something on the tslgame.exe ...undone what u did
3 - delete the tslgame.exe > go to steam and run "verify integrity of game files" > steam will redownload the tslgame.exe with the correct privilegies settings (maybe)

Where are you based? Is it a Belgium/Netherlands law thing where you're not allowed to use that? This happened to me before but it was an ISP issue and it only lasted 2 days luckily. If you're not from one of those countries then perhaps try calling your ISP and see if there's any issues on their end

Finally, someone replied to my message. I did and followed what was pinned on this channel but still the same. Idk what caused it, yesterday everything was fine but when i bought a new mouse earlier and downloaded the software (Pulsar Xlite). This happened, do you think it was the cause?
It's possible, but more likely coincidental. The next step is to try a clean reinstall (also in the pins), and search the channel for other users with the same issue to see what they did. After that, your last resort is to seek help with support.

It's definitely not the first time someone's reported the issue here; usually it's fixed by a clean reinstall or by making sure that the anti-cheat isn't prevented from running due to file permissions.

maybe reinstalling the BE fix this problem
. go to Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye
. run the "uninstall_battleye.bat" ACCEPT
. then run the "install_battleye.bat"
at this point my everygame has freeze screens and extreme fps drops that go as much as 70 fps down im ussaly playing at 90 fps locked but when im in close combat or when im looking into my scope my fps drops to 40 and then gets back up at 90 very frequintly
MANY networks "issues" like being blocked by your system or ISP...can be fixed with VPN
you can try some free vpn (i not recommend "free" services) or use CloudflareWARP
if still not working....call your ISP to fix your connection

Any idea why there are massive FPS drops in pubg . I play on a 9th gen i5 ,1650 laptop and have tried multiple fixes (assuming the problem is on my end) . All drivers are upto date and I have been trying to play with nvdia image scaling and the fps is still horrendous in the 30-50 range lows , 80 highs . Avg is 35-40 . All settings on very low , v-sync is off . Native is 1920x1080 but ive tried on all the resolutions . Horrendous fps even on 1280x720 with image scaling .

for some reasons i can't even enter the pubg it gets stuck the screen before it starts initialising and if i restart few times it does enter but when match starts there's infinite loading can't get into the match . ( and NO its not internet) i did speed test everything working i streamed yt on 1080 worked smooth ,, csgo 2 34 ping smooth as better still if i try pubg its fucked..

have you tried validating game files? it helped me once with that issue...
Yeah I did the validate files on steam but it was still happening. I just did a full reinstall and deleted folders I had a match on rondo and didnât get the crash happen
But it was on the other maps the crashes have happened so Iâll keep playing and see if it continues

if you write a support ticket on their website it should get resolved. dont think you can be banned for inapproriate clan tag unless you are the clan leader
pubg is really heavy on cpu usage so video memory isn't as important as a good cpu... unless you are playing at higher than 1080p with high graphics settings, you shouldn't feel much difference between 8GB and 16GB vram
Although, if the price difference is marginal, it might be worth getting the 16GB card for other games that might make use of that extra video memory.

so i am a PUBG player from Season 1 - Username: AlaRau i play this game for years and it's the only game that currently interests me, as you may feel where i am going with this , i will be short! Basically i got ''banned'' for No reason, or at least that's what i believe. After creating a ticket i have found out that it's the excuse ''Please note that even without having any programs specifically for hacking/cheating , ....bla bla etc''. OK.....so i get over it , it is what it is, i am mature, and, it's just a game , don't get emotional. Then just to be sure to calm my paranoic mind, i have reinstalled the windows with everything from scratch, created a new account, and then shortly after finishing the training from the start of the game, i got 24hr banned again. What can i do to fix this? Sure there may be a better explanation than this, and also there should be someone who looks in depth to these issues (i am assuming) - what do to?! i am 100% No cheater.

pubg use more cpu resources than gpu
- try setting to dx11 (pls..always use dx11) and the "post-process" let at minimum
- check if the gpu debug is disabled (i think is on the gameplay tab)
- check the cpu usage on the taskmanager while you are playing (open the game in windowed or bordeless then open taskmanager and let it opened)
- i dont know much about rx7"600" but i think is something equals rtx30"60".... so let the resolution at 1080p with render scale at 100
if the gpu usage is bellow 100% that means ur cpu is not enough to push ur gpu in this game at this settings

I had that happen for the 4x reticle. It was being caused by the keybind "Reset Zeroing / Reset Reticle Type" (under Settings > Keybindings > Combat > ADS). Check to make sure that's not set to something you are accidentally pressing (or also using for a different function, which was my case).

I'm in training mode right now and have unbound ALL reticle-related keybinds entirely, and I've put a dozen ARs on the ground. Regardless if I mouse over and press F to pick it up, open inventory and drag it in or right click it to equip, triangle is default reticle every time. I change it to red dot, drop the weapon and pick it up again, and it becomes triangle
I've keybound reset reticle to right mouse button, that ought to do it
There are a few issues with keybinds for features that were added in as the game went on, where if you didn't reset your controls to default and then reset your custom keys, they may not have worked properly. I had a similar issue with the dirtbike pitch-up/down ground mechanics
thankfully, you can cloud-save your default keys, reset to default, and then load from cloud and normally it fixes them

depends on ur specs , i couldnt find a counter to fps but playing on lowest resolution with nvdia image scaling helped with the stutters a bit
I can shoot some specs, or all of it, but have tried so many things over the years, clean installs of game, drivers and windows included.

The error code is keep getting is âNavagio.sysâ is what failed. I looked it up and its only relative to pubg. And people are saying its something wrong with the anti cheat⌠can someone help me out? However it crashes when i close Riot anti cheat for valorant, geforce experience and any other small things in my task bar widget. Also crashes when I turn on my MSI afterburner and set my fans to 60%. I donât overclock and only touch fan speeds. Now it is asking me a promt saying âwindows firewall has blocked some features of TsIGame on all public and private networksâ should i press Allow access to Public networks or Private? Do you think shutting down any opening programs on my computer and turning it on and afterburner has something to do with it crashing?

Valorant VGK anti cheat riot file caused a crash, which i completely removed from my computer, then the Nvagio crash is still happening so i just decided to factory reset my computer and just wipe everything clean lol
Asus Tufgaming 10700 Hifi mobo or whatever, Nvidia Rtx 3070 12 gig Vram, Intel 9 10700F i believe, 32 gigs of corsair vengeance 3600 speed, 1 TB SSD I believe.. not sure which one. 2 4TB hard drives (not sure which ones tbh) 1000 watt power supply i think, and for my cpu cooler its a corsair one (forget which one exactly)

Yeah; the ghillie suit now goes on the character inventory model slot where the belts used to be, so the ghillie doesn't remove your clothing like it used to.
I suspect something to do with that change is now preventing the mission completed flag from getting set. But who knows? :-) I'd just report it and let the devs figure out how to fix it. :-)
What is going on with this game?!?!?!?. Yesterday I played all day without any problem, today freeze after freeze .. on top of that I also lose points after putting money into this game

i had an issue , turns out i was dumb and my cpu was running at base clock instead of turbo boost . sorting that seemed to fix the fps but there are stutters here and there . just not as bad as b4

It's such a shame that bug report aren't public anymore. I know that PUBG Corp is always trying to hide the fact that there are many cheaters and many bugs in this game but for bugs, it would be very useful to know if the bug is on our side or if it's a common issue shared with many others
I have a very laggy game (like if it was a 60 FPS even if steam overlay says 144 FPS) since couple of weeks after many years without issue before that.

Characters used to have a clothing slot for belts, which added a small amount of carrying capacity. Many newbies didn't realize this and removed the belt, limiting what they could pick up when first landing. Krafton just a month or so ago removed all belts and just added their lost capacity to the character's default capacity. Anyway, the box on the inventory page where the ghillie displays now is where the equipped belt item used to be shown.

amd gpu sometimes have a bunch of custom settings on the "driver painel" that can cause some issues in some games
like frame gen and other stuffs
All default and I reinstalled the drivers too to see if that helps

Hey guys. I work for an SI you've reviewed in the past and can confirm that the 13th/14th series definitely have issues with becoming unstable. I've handled over 50+ cases with different clients over the past 5 months since I first became aware of it with the bulk of them involving the 13900K and the "out of video memory" error makes it a dead giveaway. It's gotten so bad that I immediately become suspicious any time I have a client reporting issues and their system has a 13900K. The only way I've found to stabilize this is using Intel's Extreme Tuning utility to turn down the Core Performance Ratio from x55 to x50, but it's still a defective CPU and I'd recommend to replace it anyway.

Edit: Some commenters are pointing out that this is a motherboard/power limit issue. We do set the stock power limits that Intel recommends in BIOS (PL1 125w; PL2 253w) and disable Multi-core enhancement, but doesn't make any difference.

Do you actually 'feel' the 1k ping or is it just a visual bug? Happened to me before but was luckily just a visual bug because the gameplay wasn't affected

Game is unplayable at the moment (since two patches ago) with Intel 11th Gen and RTX 3080. Low FPS every minute or so (come down to 40-60 FPS with a laggy feeling) when it was constant 144FPS before that.

i litterally can't hear nothing but footsteps in the game i tried everything from reinstialising windows and playing with default audio settings to using nahimic audio and also i downloaded fxsound helped a little but not much when people are shooting even disabled razer 7.1 this is weird i can't seem to wrap my hezad arround this how can a game be unhearable with stock audio options how can it be competitive it feels like im playing a worse version of warzone or wtevr

disable all the effecs on the windows audio painel (older painel) also from your painel driver (razer or whatever else) ... always use 2.0 stereo and be happy

Nah, no point in my opinion honestly. Have done so in the past in the years Im playing this game.
Responses are always automatic with the same copy-paste message to do everything I already have.
Tried it all, issues remain. reinstalled game steam windows everything.
I dunno if its pubg servers, but I changed to current ISP few months ago. issue before that were much worse, and game is quite a rollercoaster in past few months.
I've had a few weeks it worked almost smoothly, then at other times game is unplayable. Like, my ping suddenly out of the blue spikes to 500ms and frames drop to 40 (from 180-200).
also, no issues on other games...
I'd still advise reporting it. When you get the boilerplate response, tell them you tried it all and still no help. Then whatever generic response they give you, ask them to escalate the ticket to their second-tier support. Keep bugging them until you get a human who's actually helpful.
Mate I had a email string with them of over 15 emails, I provided videos and screenshots and pretty much got nothing in return. Feels like a huge waste of my time and energy hence why I try to fix it via community

warp encrypts packets locally before sending to the router
your ISP will only see a request to connect to cloudflare (cloudflare is not blocked on any isp) and it sends it to the game server that goes through the same process to get back to you
the point is: if your local network or isp is blocking something that related to pubg
now pubg is hiding behind cloudflare packages to avoid being blocked đ¤
its a quicker workaround than to just get rid of that ISP and switching ones, especially on fiber.
But usually when tried vpns or stuff it would double the ping (from 50-60ms to 100+)

just got a new mouse i'm trying to bind throwables, heals and stims to the extra buttons, but some of the buttons aren't being picked up when clicked. I have a razor basilisk v3, and pubg isn't picking up the forwardmost thumb button, or the scroll wheel tilts.

others is from the driver device so i think u need to enable on the razer painel đ¤

if so, games won't recognize them and you'll have to rebind them to keys
I don't need/want DPI speed change buttons myself, so I've rebound those buttons to keys on my keyboard, zxc specifically
I disabled the dpi button below the scroll wheel but apparently the frontmost thumb button is a dpi clutch? I don't know what that is tbh. And the mouse wheel tilt I expected to act as extra buttons as well. I'm still learning my way around the synapse app so there may be something I haven't seen yet. When I looked into reprogramming buttons I saw I could assign basic mouse button functions, m1, m2, m3 etc, but only up to m5 but I was hoping I could get like 8 usable mouse buttons in-game

i recently got a similar problem in league of legends, had to disable vsync and cap my fps to 144
stuttering is %1low because that's when a rapid/drastic variation occurs
its doesnt lag as much in clan practise
only when i login then its fine
its like when its trying to render something new it lags
vsync is not recommeded
so try to use limiter or use a adaptive-vsync on the nvida painel (nvidia gpu) or freesync/gsync from your display

admin is good because the game is installed on private/secured folder (programfiles) ..again can be a problem
when installed on other drive or partition...no need the admin rights

i tested some things and i can say that the game got some problem to load because the videos intro.
game engine do not decode in HW mode so will be software mode (cpu)

the other problem is the core isolation
again...some "security" is not for personal/gaming usage
scanning all the game flow can trigger a "crash" state.
valorant use this core isolation cause Vanguard use this layer of security to be more effective
