Guys did you have problem with delay on pubg? In game when i move my mouse its have delay like 2 sec, but my fps is good.
That was a problem I had too on my new system (DDR5 XMP). But after replacing a bad memory stick, the game worked mostly fine with XMP enabled. So @viral monolith I'd say try swapping out the memory sticks for a known good set and see if it persists.
maybe is not "bad" ...could be a different CAS latency (cl16 / cl 18 / cl32 ..etc)

anyone konw why i randomly get the message 'network lag detected' and doesnt let me reconnect unless i altf4 the game and relaunch? this is the only game that does it to me and voice chats im in dont disconnect me or change in quality, and my internet does not go down.

try to reinstall the BE:
Go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye- DeleteC:\Program Files\Common Files\PUBG\insider the folder run the uninstaller.exe (Zackynthos Anti-Cheat )
Now go to the battleye dir inside the game folder:
PUBG \ TslGame \ Binaries \ Win64 \ BattlEye- uninstall_battleye
Restart ur PC
then go back the folder and now Install the BE:
PUBG \ TslGame \ Binaries \ Win64 \ BattlEye- install_battleye
[PLUS]
- Add the game to the Windows "Defender exclusions list"
Select Start , then open Settings . Under Privacy & security , select Virus & threat protection.
Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions.
add the PUBG folder
if the game is installed inside the Steam Folder
( ..\steam\steamapps\common) ...then just add the steam folder. the entire steam and games inside..will not be scanned or blocked by the security (why scanner if the game is original?!
)
I RECOMMEND to not install inside the C: drive (system drive)
folders like ProgramFiles & Programfiles x86 is secured by the system
to do changes in this folders..softwares needs the admin privilegies or system "root" user (TrustedInstaller)
thats the why sometimes when you open with admin mode some issues is resolved.
always try to install in "safe place" like another disk or partition
u can split / resize your disk tho have C: & D: Partition
on the C: is windows and softwares
on the D: install steam & games and save your ||"private"|| or personal stuffs
One day when you FORMAT or REFRASH the Windows installation... the C: partition will be erased but D: will be untouch

I never had this error before. But recently I upgraded my ssd (2 days ago)

the first time I tried open it... it didn't work

Since the problem started after installing the new SSD, why not start there? Try a different SSD or going back to the old SSD temporarily (to test). Narrow down the source of the problem. Run error checking on the drive. Ultimately, you may need to get a warranty replacement for the new SSD.

yeah I am having a hard time at the moment getting the game stable. Lots of "Unknown errors" on 7900 XTX. Even after rolling back the driver to 23.12.1 I'm still having issues. Does anyone know if upgrading your MSVC redistributable (C++ runtime library) can cause problems. As I use "winget update -all" pretty often and note it recently updated the 14.38.33135 (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022) ?

Crash with twitch studio runningyea it’s either discord and now twitch studio and steam webhelper screaming slot of processes so I hit the win + L button and restart windows. Win 11 is buggy asf.
Others have reported here having issues with Win11 on the dev channel; they recommend being on the stable channel, which seems to make a lot of the errors go away. (Search the channel for the relevant posts.)

my game sometimes gets stuck on this screen after leaving a game and i have to restart lobby, anyone know how to fix?
try reinstalling the game "clean" and see if that fixes it. I had that issue and thats what I did.
it took me 6h to install it the first time aint no way i gotta redo it 💀
I also updated my drives and made sure to clean my prefetch and %temp% folders by going through run which you can find by searching it on your windows search bar

Any fix on random game freeze and the only way to crash the game is end task in task manager ( windows 11)
If I let it sit long enough (sometimes as much as a minute or so), it usually crashes with the crash reporting popup.
Seems like that's good for getting the error data reported - but sucks if you're trying to get back to a match.

people who use stretch res, is this what the lobby looks like for you? i might just have to get used to it it just seems weirdly kind of blurry and strange lool. the stretch res looks great in the game, but the map/minimap and guns/hotbar on the side of the screen look very weird and blurry

The only way I could achieve a "temporary" solution was to download a free VPN where I connect in Chile, which I don't like very much since it increases my ping, and also this VPN is free and only allowed me to use it for 1 hour: F

Last time we asked the community managers about the anti-cheat, they said not to disable any of it. It all should be running.

I cannot get the game to work. It's so laggy that it crashes immediately, including seeing a ping over seven thousand at one point before the crash (I genuinely didn't think it could show over three digits). I'm consistently getting download speeds of 2kbps and upload speeds of 0.3kbps with packet loss of 10%. But these are only in game. Running a Speedtest in web browser, I'm consistently showing upload speeds over 350mbps and download speeds of 25mbps, which are within the expectations of my ISP. A complete uninstall and reinstall did not resolve the issue, either.

I am having issues with PUBG lately, it suddenly started happening where my screen just goes black during gameplay(I can still hear sounds and talk on discord), sometimes it crashes after 3 games , somtimes its crashing in the menu before I even can launch a game, when I check the logs in appdata I find this : LogGPUCrash:Error: GPUCrash

could be a PSU failing but also check the temps on your CPU using something like CPU-z. I've had both of those things cause my computer to shut itself off/restart during moments of intense running. In the case of the PSU, I had to get a new one, but in the case of the CPU overheating, I just had to play with my heatsink a little bit, there was something stuck in it and causing the fan to run poorly

but since the game works with exitlag.....i think is a network problem 🤔

- Port or Dns request being blocked by your system or ISP (exitlag ports/dns is diferent)
U can try to use another internet service like your 4g/5g connection (share your mobile internet by using USB)
if the game opens then you are being blocked by your local network (Router) or the ISP

Summarize it in one post, with your images, and I'll pin the post.
Sometimes the problem with getting stuck on the Loading screen is because the .NET Framework 3.5 is not installed or "fully" enabled.
Follow these steps to enable:
- Search in the windows search for "Turn Windows features on or off" and open the option that appears
- Make sure the
.Net framework 3.5box is fully checked (not partial) - Now click OK and wait for the installation or update to finish
- Restart the PC and try to open the game.
TIP:
Game updates may start using more up-to-date libraries, so always have the .NET Framework and vcredist x86/x64 installed and updated.
Xbox issues? Try these:
- Hard restart of the console- hold the power button on the console itself until it is completely off, then unplug the power from the outlet for a full minute.
- Clear the cache of the console- Xbox one is just the hard restart. Xbox Series S You can clear the cache by resetting the console. To do so, navigate to the Settings menu by pressing the Xbox button on the center of your controller.

Clearing the game cache on a PS4

I tried it today. Both were unchecked before. After one reboot and a few matches i can sadly say, it didnt help me.

Despite the disappearances of everything else being resolved, the chests and caches still won't open without basically freezing the game to where you have to restart the lobby to cancel it out.

Another thing that should be taken into consideration is, I wanted to change my playing platform from steam to epic games, and I had to create a new account and start from scratch. It's not adequate at all. Why don't developers find a solution where we can have one pubg account that we can use in both platforms ?

Yes. I disconnected the steam account connected to the platform and reconnected it. The Amazon website still states that the loot has been transferred to the account, but it has not been opened yet.

open steam with admin mode or change the permissions of the folder to allow users doing read/write/edit
search on windows search "exclusions" and add the steam folder on the list to avoid being blocked/scanned

This seems like a problem with the game not being able to have a proper connection to the server 🤔
- try with your mobile network (4g 5g) u can share the internet connection through USB port. (please..unplug the ethernet cable of you computer first)
- cloudflare warp (I don't know if it would help with this error)
- reinstall the game (check the pinned message how to fully uninstall the game)
- update/install all the vcredist x86/x64 and .NETframework.

That means someone connected the email to my Steam account and I can't connect my Steam account with my email to Krafton ID because someone did it. There is no information on the krafton ID website such as "krafton ID account stolen" or anything like that. by the way in the reinstallation guide it mentions these two folders, and these do not exist on my computer in this reinstall. could they be a problem.

If they're missing, I'd suggest doing a clean reinstall and making sure you are running Steam with admin privileges. That's the best I've got.

I have done everything in the pins settings, looked to see if XMP was on (it was), and still the game is not working

The "retry connection" button never seems to work. I'd suggest trying to "restart lobby" (on the settings menu), and if that doesn't work, relauch the game, since that workaround seems to work for you.

Yes; that's a known issue. Search the channel; going from insider to normal/public build has fixed it for lots of people.

Custom Games are screwed up since the last update, now certain maps playing normal custom games like Vikendi will not give you any control once in the Aircraft. A mouse pointer stays on top of the screen and you cannot click on it, you also cannot hit Escape so you have to ALT-F4 out of the game.

insider is a "test" build so never will be allowed to play multiplayer games (well...it depends if the will use anti-cheater or not) almost all the anti-tamper protection dont allow insider builds
Is there any solution for the lobby bug? You pretty much always need to restart the lobby a few times to be able to ready up

Anybody else have a bug that the game crashes when they see a crossbow or quiver? I had to uninstall and reinstall the game to fix it, but it cost me a game of ranked to figure out the solution was so drastic.
That’s insane, no I have survived the crossbow visually
I only have the problem of finding two crossbows for the first time in 5 years and there not being a single quiver in sight until 6 games later when I would find a quiver and no crossbows
I don’t have a clip and I wish I did, but if I so much as walk in the same room as one or look at one when I’m too close to it, my game would instantly force close. Had it happen so bad to where I was stuck in a building with one and my friend had to come pick up the crossbow himself to let me out of the room, otherwise the game would crash again

Finally i fix this...install window 10 and the problem solve...the trouble maybe from window 11 insider preview i install before..
try maybe closing down steam and start it as administrator

open the game and see if some windows crap/shit process is in high usage together with the game

- try to disable all the defender things (inclusive the REAL TIME PROTECT) it will turn on again after some minutes
- add the gamefolder to the defender exclusions/exceptions list
( is more accurate to add the entire steam folder! that should be 'C:\ProgramFiles x86\Steam' ) - then run steam in admin mode and try to p´lay the game

Hello, i don't have access to my old phone numer, and when i press the link, it goes to krafton support page, which doesnt have the phone number troubleshoot...
And yes there is submit request link, but it just doesn't work, i select there Krafon id, and it goes again to support page rather than ticket itself.

Unfortunately, ranked lobbies in the NA and OCE regions usually do not get the minimum number of players required to start a match. Generally, this is a function of the time of day and the overall number of active players in a region.
Players in those regions wanting to play ranked matches during times of low ranked server activity could try using a VPN to connect to a ranked server in a more active region.
In normal (non-ranked) matches, the empty positions in incomplete lobbies are filled with bots to ensure that matches will start within a reasonable time. Ranked matches do not have this feature because they do not use bots.

there are a small number of chroma progressive skins where you can unlock additional colors, but you can get them without getting the base skin
you can salvage it to get the schematics and polymers, and use that to upgrade your progressive skins if you can win 1 in the future

so heres something interesting; i didnt manage to get a screenshot cause it came and went so quickly, but on the message banner where it shows players leaving/joining your team it flashed up for a second and only said "Object object"

Hey so i tried crafting a skin set imprint today but it just kept loading and loading and so i terminated the game via the task manager, after loading up the game again the skin imprint was gone, but no credits were spent and no skins were added to my inventory.
I submitted a support ticket in regards to the issue but i was wondering if its something that can be sorted here faster?
