I received a temporary ban and I have no idea why. I genuinely want to troubleshoot the issue that might cause PUBG to detect "cheats". to be clear, I have never used any kind of cheat in an online game. And I don't know why someone would report me in team deathmatch when my KDA is 1:5:1 (yes, I'm terrible), unless my own team is reporting me for being bad. Is that a thing? I also did not change any software on my machine before this suddenly happened last night. I thought it was a fluke, so after the 24h ban, I tried again and got banned for another 24h just 3 minutes into play. I checked the file integrity and it's fine. I'm at a loss.

changing server will only gets a high ping and/or more pkgloss

• try exitlag or noping (paid)
  both are "vpn" to get "shortest routes" to the gameserver (can help with pkgloss)
• cloudflare warp is another "vpn" software that avoid the gamedata being "blocked/lost" in your local_network or external_network (ISP can't block cloudflare so is more easy when the game use warp connection to reach the gameserver)

Temp bans are for Support to take time to investigate and are triggered by multiple reports or by the anti-cheat software detecting something suspicious (so that a human can then take a closer look). If the temp ban expires with no further action, then support determined that it was not actionable. Sucks, but you just have to wait it out, unless you want to try to ask support about it. (No one here can do anything for you.)

This started on Dec. 29. I've done a lot of troubleshooting, but unfortunately troubleshooting results in a 72 hour temp ban after a few tries. Things tried so far: Verifying integrity. Uninstall/Reinstall. Checking all process running correctly. Rebooting system and entire network infrastructure. Running through work VPN (I work for a large gaming company). I've filed help requests through PubG support but no response. I'm on my second temp ban right now with no capability for debug without being able to reconnect. Any assistance? Any known issues/changes on/around Dec.29? I was able to play for days before that with no issue.

If every account is getting banned, something with your PC would be a plausible explanation for what is happening. I would maybe try a clean install of Windows if possible. Only install the bare essentials to get your PC up and running and then try to play again. Maybe it's a hardware ban

Hey guys, I am a recent console player switched over to PC. I have integrated my Elite controller without fail. My headset on the other hand has continued to be a problem. I have the steel series Arctis 9x. I have gone through the windows 11 features, Steel series app, Steam and discord to adjust the settings. I get audio loud and proud but I am still unable to get any directional hearing in place for PUBG. I can hear a car off in the distance great, however, the damn thing will run me over because I cannot tell which hill its coming from. I can hear someone running up on me, but can't tell N,S,E,W direction. I can hear someone shooting at me but can only tell direction by the dust up from the bullet.

I went through all the known settings with a buddy who had the Arctis Pro headset to no prevail. I connected it back up to the xbox and directional sound worked perfectly. This is enough turn off for me to NOT continue on PC. Please any help would be appreciated.

Can DDR5 Overclocks cause a auto 24hr ban? do i need to disable any XMP ?

I got 2x24hr bans on a new pc build, never cheated.
I'm assuming based on research, I have some kinda software causing it. I've gone through and started deleting "everything" and reinstall PUBG. Should I also disable DDR5 OC's? I seen in a forum post that could cause it too, but that kinda sounds odd.
Also does any W11 security settings need to be disabled? Someone said the memory iso could cause anticheat issues, is that true?

well...if something "block" the game security (win11 security) or if some errors can't let the game security run correctly (high ram speed/timings) .... i guess they can trigger the ban 'cause they dont know if its an system error or cheat-software 🤔

guys, I really, REALLY, need some help here. I am so fucking pissed off at this game right now.

I have a 5120x1440 monitor. I hate that PUBG doesnt properly support it, everything looks so stupidly zoomed in even at 103 fov.

I have been trying to force it to 3440x1440, which works, but it then puts my render resolution to 70/100 instead of keeping it at 100.

If I go back and change it to 100 again, it goes back to 5120x1440 fullscreen. Pressing F11 to return once again to windowed 3440x1440, render res goes back to 70. what the hell is going on here man?

two things, 1.) I vaguely remember someone pretending to be banned for some eq. (but wasn't sonar, was something different) 2.) I have sonar off (and because of all the bloat crap "GG" I will never again buy anything steelseries,... but that's another topic).

Also one part of the "pubg anti cheat" is just looking for filenames. Its scanning your disk and if it finds a file with the "wrong" name, it doesn't let you start the game – maybe that was "upgraded" to a ban (instead of aborting launching the game), idk, there seem to be a lot more bans recently.

I would not be surprised if you have a file on your filesystem that pubg doesnt like, which is then leading to a ban. There had been quite hilarious false positives in this particular check in the past, for example one specific (part of) windows update was once on that list for a few hours... of course they don't tell you the list.

i seem to have found a very weird workaround lol. For some reason, PUBG scaling sets to 70 whenever you F11/Alt+Enter from fullscreen

so, what ive managed to do is 1. F11 to get to 3440x1440 windowed 2. Set to borderless which goes back to 5120x1440 3. Change scaling to 100 again 4. F11 from borderless to 3440x1440 windowed

I use a G9 monitor and I put the actual display to 3440x1440 in windows before booting the game. Feel it's easier to be more competitive and mouse sensitivity feels more normal, the 5xxx resolution seems to feel not "normal". Just an idea

I'm having trouble with getting the Chicken Dinner Booster Pack 10 from my Prime Gaming rewards section to show up in PUBG. I redeemed it a few days ago and it didn't show up. I checked my Prime account which was linked, but when I logged into my Krafton account, it said it was not and needed to be relinked. I relinked them about 3 days ago and the reward still hasn't shown up in my in game inventory. I tried to go and open up a support ticket on Krafton's site, but when I select in-game issue from the drop down menu no further sub menu pops up.

i have some weird issue here with my keyboard. It keeps randomly disconnecting for 1-2 seconds then reconnects. It is annoying. Strangely enough, it only happens when I play Pubg. It does not happen when I play something else or my pc is on idle. That windows notif sound plays when the keyboard disconnects and the rgb lights of it turn off then on.

I was playing the game yesterday and it ran just fine. Today it crashed over and over again so I did the regular steps of check integrity, c++ redist and even reinstalled the game but it would keep crashing. After a while trying to running the game it started to throw this at me:

"Your client will close in 10 seconds due to anti-cheat process not running correctly. Resolve this issue by verifying the integrity of your game files or reinstalling if the error persists."

I decided to rollback windows since I had an update last night and guess what... When the rollback was done and I was about to log in I got a message that I was permabanned... Say woot? I could not even play a game as it kept crashing. Can you get banned for the game keeps crashing? 🤔

you need to delete the cache files when you redownload

@void ferry @vast vapor I forgot to come back here and reply to this issue. My fix was to press Alt+Enter in the game and force it into fullscreen mode. I tried fullscreen and borderless and it didn't fix it. Made sure no other applications were pulling me away. Set PUBG to high priority. Checked updates. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing worked excpet pressing Alt+Enter in game. So dumb lol.

Unfortunately, ranked lobbies in the NA and OCE regions usually do not get the minimum number of players required to start a match. Generally, this is a function of the time of day and the overall number of active players in a region.

Players in those regions wanting to play ranked matches during times of low ranked server activity could try using a VPN to connect to a ranked server in a more active region.

In normal (non-ranked) matches, the empty positions in incomplete lobbies are filled with bots to ensure that matches will start within a reasonable time. Ranked matches do not have this feature because they do not use bots.

U4 has a lot of problems with dx12! epic dev takes years to make engine stable on dx12 but some poblems/performance is in dx12 itself

afaik there is no test whether your machine mets requirements or not, it just tries to run it. also i somehow doubt that the pc did run the game smoothly without meeting requirements. the minimum requirements dont let the game run smoothly at all... maybe just provide more detail

I got a lot of those when I had an unstable memory module installed. Swapped that out and the crashes became a lot less frequent.

Is there a known issue where, in the main menu, the mouse cursor disappears after going to the Store and buying GCoin? I am playing via Epic and not via Steam. I select Store, then GCoin, then pick a value, and the Epic Store Wallet opens up to confirm the purchase. Whether I purchase anything or not, after leaving this screen I no longer have a mouse cursor. I had 64gb at 5200mhz running okay 4 sticks and when i clocked it higher i got BSOD and temp bans. So I took it back and got 2x32gb sticks at 6400mhz thinking more stability etc. everything seems to be fine for other games but pubg doesn't like the xmp profile it seems. Tomorrow I'm gonna run a 8hr ram test and try play pubg with xmp off and see what happens

I get what you guys are saying.
I can actually replicate this over and over though, XMP off last night I played without an issue. As soon as I turn XMP on and play, I will have 1 of 2 things happen.

1. I'll BSOD and not get into game, Forcing me to XMP off to boot or 2. i'll get into game and within 10mins i'll be temporary banned for 24hrs with a warning that says "cheats" detected
   i've mestested with XMP on and got no stability issues and manage to play any other game without a issue. Only PUBG does this with XMP on/off. My mate who has same build as me but with a diff GPU. Has the same thing when he XMP is ram with DDR5.

This seems like a ANTI-CHEAT bug, not liking DDR5 XMP for some reason

Anyone here happen to have experience with an Audio Interface with PUBG and Discord?
I got headset connected to the soundcard (Steinberg UR-22 if matters) when I play PUBG with that setup everythign seems to work quite well.

Reinstalling multiple times including deleting ALL data has absolutely no effect. If I don't do anything but wait, the PC runs into a blue screen with the statement "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" Cause of error: BEDaisy.sys. This .sys is a BattleEye update file. I'm absolutely stumped as to what else I should do, but unfortunately there's not really any reaction from PUBG Support.
Maybe someone here has an idea

I was seeing similar page fault BSOD issues (among others) when I had a bad memory module. Replacing the memory made the problem stop. Have you tested this on different hardware components to try to narrow down which component is having the problem?

Could be for any number of reasons.. thermal paste, parts going bad, try a stress test..

try removing dust from fans and leave side of case off anything to reduce the heat also test raising some graphics it might allow the GPU to do more processing and take some strain off the CPU

Never leave the side off of the case; consult the case manufacturer first. Cases are engineered for specific airflow, and disrupting that can lead to overheating on components and damage your hardware. Really depends on the case whether this will have an adverse effect, though.

I've been seeing it as a small timer on the "swish" arrow in the upper left corner when my map is zoomed in at all, and the long "3 stages" timer bar when I'm fully zoomed out. I don't think it's a setting. If it's still not working for you, even with a clean reinstall, then the next step is to document it (with video) with a support ticket.

someone from PUBG dev team should look into fixing these random game crash. This thing is happening so frequently that it getting really irritating. I have check all my hardware, software, drivers, cache memory, RAM memory fixes, uninstalled and re-installed PUBG, and I also installed my OS (win 11) from fresh media installation, but nothing work, and all my grqaphics setting are fine too, and still the game crashes. Someone do something.
