It's on all level 2 helmet skins, so If I want to play normally, I have to unskin my lvl2 helmet I paid for. Funny story.

Idk if this is where to put this, but I have not gotten my amazon prime bundles for a long long time. I unsynced my account and resynced it back, and it didn't work, and hasn't worked. I feel like it might be steam that is creating the issue right now.
My steam was giving me some sort of error saying that it couldn't sync cloud files....and my pubg error says "failed to authenticate from external provider"

the external provider error is usually resolved with a steam restart
I know i get it often when ive been logged in for 2+ weeks without a restart

Not possible; treated as separate platforms afaik.
you can refer to my about me, basically make sure your default microphone is the one you're using, you can check that by going into sound settings (by right clicking on the volume icon on the taskbar not by going into settings)
so basically you can have two accounts, one on steam and one on epic games
in that case can i somehow get epic games pubg to use the steam pubg directory
so that i don't have to install it twice
or are the two versions slightly different enough so that i can't use one universal directory
They're two different software management services, so they don't support data sharing, to the best of my knowledge.

Got a huge input delay after reinstalling the game after a few months. It goes away after a few games but for the first games nothing seems to fix it
In Windows (10): Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings > choose the PUBG "tslgame.exe" app, then select "High performance". That should make it use your GPU 1 graphics card (at least for part of the load).

@calm jewel Half most of your NCP options are missing? You must have a integrated graphics in your CPU? You could uninstall that integrated graphics and it should just use the graphics card instead.
Have you made sure to install the correct driver?
Also when you add the app as togusa mentioned above go into the "options" below the app you added and select the preferred GPU there as an override.

The next step would be to do a clean reinstall by uninstalling PUBG and deleting the PUBG folder in the Steam folder tree, then reinstalling.
Same advice as for @midnight copperabove. If checking file integrity doesn't solve the problem, try a clean install.
What i mean by "admin mode" is when i launch Steam with Administrator Permissions

Uninstall the game from within Steam (you shouldn't have to uninstall Steam). Then in the Steam folder tree (via Windows Explorer), delete the PUBG folder where PUBG is installed. Then reinstall PUBG.

flare crate only works when shot inside circle after phase 1 has closed. also gotta be sure one is available. they can be a bit buggy. sometimes you will shoot the flare but the game will think the angle is incorrect and not spawn a flare item...
make sure your microphone is the system default in windows, make sure windows doesnt allow any application to take exclusive control of your microphone, restart the game

Hello all, I have been having trouble connecting to the lobby for a month, tried all the options I found on forums, articles and videos, nothing helps. When you first log in the game lobby works fine, but after the first game logging into the lobby is not possible, or rather writes that "PUBG servers are overloaded." I am from Uzbekistan, and the server automatically identified me as a RU server. The only real way to fix it is to enable VPN on the EU server and everything works without crashing, but for me there is a very high ping.

Bsod since last night
Got it multiple times went through all the windows side of troubleshooting the drivers and updates and rollback updates, then all the pubg fixes and same thing. Pubg fixes included reinstalling after removing everything including appdata local tslgame, then processes to high priority and many other install stuff listed on a website for this error. Non of it worked
Only steps left from all errors I traced was reinstall main board drivers, usb drivers, and graphics. But graphics and everything else is up to date. What we do for the bsod?
I reviewed the dump files as they in windows not the pubg dmps

Seems like this is more than a troubleshooting issue.
If the company has a discord then i expect to be able to atleast create tickets from their discord like every other company. just modify the report a bug section to link up with the support system
but if i create the email ticket it is going to take 48 to 72 hours to get a response and then it is going to be generic even though i submitted everything and they gonna ask if i reinsatalled the game... which i did and after responding it will be another 48 to 72 hour response. why not take the info from here and send it up the later.

They don't take bug reports in the Discord, so if you want to see any action, you need to report it to support, like they said to do. If you're just reporting it here, it's not going to be seen. If you really want it fixed, reporting to support is the only way to go. ÂŻ_(ă)_/ÂŻ

@agile rose The moderators are not employees of Krafton; we're not "helpdesk" employees. We're just players like you who have agreed to help moderate the Discord as unpaid volunteers. So we aren't going to do other users' reporting for them. We file our own reports when we see things in game that need reporting, just like any player would. It's up to each player to do that for themselves and "be proactive contact the department" if they care to do so.
As you said about yourself, we're " just trying to help others bei able to play and figure it out together." đ
Anyway, the more individual users support gets the BSOD reports from, the more quickly Krafton is likely to identify and address the problem. So I hope everyone files reports to help document what they're experiencing.

i do not recommend to install on PROGRAM folder
this bsod is because the anti-cheat from the game that is installed on /common folder makes DMA access with diferent privilegies from the game that uses user privilegies
just install the game in another dir that is not a "system folder"

for the bsod during pubg I got a bs answer and he simply sent me the steps I told Him I already did in submitting the ticket.
they sent the following
Please try the following to see if the issue would be resolved:
- Delete the navagio.sys file
-Press Windows + R type the path "C:/Program Data/Common Files/PBUG" (you can change the path if you installed the game to another path) below in the run box, and click OK:)
-Double-click the unistall.exe file to launch it
-Now, wait for the opened CMD black window to close and restart your PC.
-Next, repeat step 1 to go to the game path again.
-Right-click the navagio.sys file and select Delete.
-Launch the game and click No button when asked for disk access. Please note that you will have to do this anytime you want to play the game from now on.
If the above did not work please try the following below:
- Verify Game Files
- Disable Full Screen Optimization (TsIGame.exe > Properties > Compatibility Tab)
- Check for Windows Update
- Uninstall the last Windows Update
- Disable Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection
- Go to Settings > Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation Details
I did all that already and the temp fix is is turning off memory integrity (prevents attacks from inserting malicious code into high security processes.
So they call that a fix and not a work around... they need to fix this!
Keep pressing them. Tell them you did what they suggested, and disabling system security measures is not an acceptable answer. Ask them to escalate the ticket to their next level of support.

My game crashed the other day while loading the death cam (apparently it does this sometimes when someone has a drone, fix is listed in 24.2 patch notes) and I sent the logs to pubg support to check what's causing it and they just gave me a generic response with 12 random solutions 𼲠probably without even checking the logs đ

Well we know the temp fix but you drop your security.
Some say don't install it in program files or program files x86 but I have tested that myself. For that you would need a secondary install folder in steam or even install steam in another directory
Even native English speaker tech support does all of that though. đ
Anyway, I have never had to use those workarounds. I would still press the issue with them and ask them to escalate the ticket.

Since the latest update PUBG doesn't start anymore. Any fixes for this? I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it as well and no luck... drivers and everything is up to date.

New Game mode has the caps lock as score board. That's my sprint button but there's no option to unbind it!!???

In the new BLUEBOMB RUSH game mode, I cannot play because the CAPS LOCK key opens up the leaderboard. I have CAPS LOCK bound to be my Sprint / Vehicle Boost Key. Is there a way to change the Leaderboard key bind (or turn it off) in this Arcade Mode?
There isnât but you can add a secondary button for sprint for example x, shift , c or something close to that and just use it on the game mode thatâs the only way I can think of
I know is exhausting but u are one of the very few oneâs that use caps for sprinting , and since they update âimportant â stuff they may not look into this option for a long time
Nah that's bollocks. CAPs is used by a lot of people - whether it's for sprint, hold breath, throwable selection, aim, walking or whatever else it could be used for in either combat or movement controls.
They shouldn't have bound it to a key within such close reach of direction or combat controls.
They shouldn't have added it without adding an option to rebind it. It's such a stupid problem they have created for a lot of people because they didn't even get the basics right.

I have 6,000+ hours in the game. There is no way I am rebinding my dedicated Sprint key (which I have used in every FPS game for the past 15 years) to something else. @glass cosmos is right that a lot of other players also use this key. If nothing else, it is an easy key to accidentailly hit when useing WASD, Q, or TAB. It's a terrible default selection for a DM type game. Hopefully they unlock this and allow a custom bind soon.
Hopefully but after playing and seeing every update through out the years I doubt they would look into that they only look after skins or new items that they have added or changed like the repair kits and such

I redownloaded it for the 3rd time.
It was a registry issue. I got a mate of mine to go into the registry and delete EVERYTHING related to PUBG. Then freshly installed. antivirus off. now working
F-Secure was my main point. I needed to 'exlcude' PUBG as a preventable item. F-Secure was stopping it from opening.

Since i came back to pubg i havenât been able to queue for ranked games ( <30min queue times) but when my friends are party leaders, we get into games under 30 seconds.
We suspect that when i queue us it goes to NA servers, hence the queue times for ranked in that region, but we all live in the same city in EU
My question is if there is any reason that i get setup with NA servers?

can anyone help me with pubg consistently crashing? I crash in both regular and custom lobbies. I have no problems in-game and after 3-4 games the crashes stop occuring. I have verified files, reinstalled the game, checked and corrected any corrupted files with my drivers, check anti-malware and no problems. All my graphics and windows 10 drivers are up to date.

In pubg when I try to play a game match it starts but it starts with me and 1 other person and then after about 3 mins it kicks us both out
memory configuration was the issue for me, go into the bios, set a xmp profile then save and reboot if the pc doesnt like those settings which it should come back up after a few minutes complaining go into advance and lower the ram mhz for example xmp profile is at 5600mhz then lower to 5400 and keep lower until it boots normally then play the game if it crashes reboot and then lower it more. until its stable. ram will say it runs at 6000mhz but you get stability at like 5200mhz. this may not be your issue but it was mine

I had that once; I had to do a clean reinstall (deleting the PUBG folder after the uninstall). After the clean reinstall, I haven't seen that error again.
If you're still seeing it, you might try an installation on a new user account with no other programs installed (besides Steam) to see if it comes up with a minimal number of other programs running on the system. (I.e., rule out what other programs could be causing the problem.)
(It would be nice if the error message actually said what program seems to be causing the interference. Alas.)
hi everyone , need help here: I log into my game as normal, it launches and gets to main screen BUT the "ready" and maps option wont appear... not even on arcade, and on appearance i click to change outfits and it just wont do anything...
i've gone on options, trough steam, and made the "verify files" method. it was not missing anything..
also restarted the lobby, restarted the game, even the computer... also after going into customize/appearance (for example) i hit Esc and it wont pop up the menu or anything i get stuck on that apearance screen

To verify the integrity of game files on Steam, go to your Library, right-click the game name in the list and select Properties, then select Local Files and click "Verify Integrity of Game Files".
If that doesn't work, try a clean reinstall.

COMPLETE A CLEAN INSTALLATION
Sometimes issues occur where files are corrupted, permissions arenât set correctly, or certain aspects of the game arenât installed correctly. To fix this we need to completely uninstall PUBG and associated files.
- Uninstall PUBG
- Go to your Steam library
- Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
- A window will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete
- Remove associated files
- Press Windows Key+R
- Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
- Delete the folder TslGame
Note: You may have to look for the TslGame folder in the AppData\Local folder too.
- Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
- Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG

- Reinstall PUBG

Hi friends! The game crashes for me all the time when I'm about 2-4 minutes into a match (see screenshot). I've searched online and have seen similar reports, but have not found a solution. This only happens in PUBG - I've had no such issues with any other game (Battlefield 2042, Halo Infinite, The Cycle Frontier, Tarkov, etc). Has anyone heard of this and/or have any suggestions? [Support] Wondering if anyone has seen an issue where PUBG gets stuck on "Inatilizing" when loading. Pressing ESC brings up the menu after 10 seconds. But then doesnt go further if you restart lobby. I have:

I figured it out, swapped my router for an old one as a final try. Worked perfectly. Even though Iâd factory reset the router and updated the firmware, Port forwarding was all fine etc

So I think I figured out what happens to me so a couple days Befour the issue I had a wifi outage and when it came back on I realized the wifi was kinda slower then usual and thatâs when I couldnât connect but I just had another outage and when it came back on my pubg works so I think something was probably wrong with the wifi connection in my area and they had to do some maintenance work wich solved the issue
And based on what other people have said itâs defiantly a wifi issue

My game keeps crashing, always 1-2 mins after launch. It says "Unknown error", nothing on the log.
I did re-install and update my driver, install visuall c++ redistributes, disable game mode, delete all temp files, validate my game files, re-install the entire game.
Same thing happened few months ago when I installed it and didn't manage to fix it, so removed the game. Now, I decided to re-install, and now thjs is happening again. I once re-installed the entire Windows between those times.

try selecting directx 12 for game or directx 11 advanced I have seen better stability for windows 11 with DX 12. additonally check in event log for cause of crash.
xmps disable , overlay disable , uninstall of geforce experience are other steps which reduce crashes a lot.
None of them works. No matter I'm in the game or in the lobby, it crashes, always same time (around 2 mins) after the launch.

I had the Same Problem with XMP Profil 1 on 3600MHz. Changing it to 3200MHz on XMP Profile 2 did help for me no more Crashes. So mybe try XMP Profile 2 insted of XMP 1

A friend of mine has a 4th gen i5 with a gtx 1060, which I know is low, but he used to be able to play the game just fine. Nowadays it's running like dogshit for him. Did the game get worse with the updates?

Sometimes it's just a lack of available players, so you get fewer than 4 on your squad. Yours might be the last squad to fill. Other times, people back out after the countdown starts because they don't want to play on the map, leaving you with an incomplete squad.

the AC is blocking the igd driver that i guess is intel graphcs driver
try to update or uninstall/reinstall
set the peformance gpu to GTX inside the nvidia painel

@soft cipher The trouble with having an old account suddenly start playing again (especially if they're any good) is that it will appear to Krafton to be a hacked / compromised or resold account. If you explain your situation to support, they should review their evidence and give you a decision.

It's not short , it's permanent ban
If the message was that it was a temp ban, then you just have to wait it out. It's usually based on reports by other players; Krafton then investigates, and either lets the ban expire (they didn't find evidence that their code of conduct was broken) or make it permanent.

I got this issue in my Sound settings in OS. Check your Recoding in Control Panel > Sound if it is default to your headset. Mine was set to my webcam that's why I cannot talk to in game.

Found a workaround for the lobby loading (for 1 minute) after each match.

Because of the variation, it's possible that the keypresses aren't doing anything, and the game is just eventually getting there on its own. (Possible post-hoc fallacy...)

Which Windows version are you running? Try also turning off anything Xbox related in Windows.

-Please make sure that you have pressed the Talk button (by default, press T to enable this feature)
-Check the microphone feedback in the game settings
-Please make sure that the microphone and the headsets are plugged into the appropriate ports
-Ensure the sound is not muted or the volume level is too low. Also check the volume mixer settings on your computer
-Consider disabling your firewall.

@agile rose When your streaming try setting your steam account to invisible and theres a setting in discord in the privacy area called activity status turn that off and if someone clicks on your name in discord it wont up that your in pubg or in lobby or matching or anything
