i did try multiple things before hand

then checking my windows files

and refused to delete and reinstall my game

using these both of these commands

The game crashed and then i tried to stop the processes from taskmanager but it seems Tslgame.exe I cant stop even from task manager, even clicked the button from steam to stop PUBG.... but it is also stuck and showing Stopping. One way i know of is to shut down the computer fully/restart but in that case the PUBG game will get corrupted n i wud b forced to re-download it again (happened 4 times in last week). with the 18.2 update, my fps has been cut in half. from and average of 120, to 60-70'ish. With the same settings.

This has to be one of the absolute worst games ever created in terms of glitches, crashes, bugs and optimization

Edit: Oh, and the lackluster effort to stop the cheaters. Wasting their time and resources to temporarily/permanently block accounts, just so the cheater can make 10 more accounts after that.

I do not know if this is a bug, but i know for a fact this is not my internet, My ping is spiking normally wouldn't affect but it causes my game to stutter for around 4 seconds and happens twice in a row.

This is really causing issue when im in 1v1/1v4 situations.

Help me, I am experiencing heavy lag and serious FPS drops in a situation of an enemy attacking you.

I have HP PROBOOK 450 G6 with:
Intel Core i5 8th Gen
Nvdia MX130 2GB
8GB Ram and 1TB HDD

I play at the minimum settings and 720p, 70 Resolution Scale or whatever the minimum possible is. I get around 60 FPS around everything but once an enemy is in my vision my game starts lagging hard. Also, my game runs well on spawn and time before the match starts. I only get lag after the game starts, and when an enemy is near, teammates does not cause lags too.

I request you to provide me a solution so I can enjoy the game better, and play with a better performance. I am ready to sacrifice graphics and quality for FPS since I purchased my new laptop just two weeks ago.

Ps: The game takes over 60 seconds to get over the loading screen and sometimes extremely more that I would have died before my game loads, but thats super rare.

I think PUBG configuration which notes if last failure was resolved is not getting reset and hence the Banner keeps getting displayed.
Have you tried deleting your local configuration?
you can go to c:\Users\your_user_name\Appdata\local\tlsgame\Saved\config then rename or delete the "WindowsNoEditor" folder to say WindowsNoEditorOrg.
This should get resynced from cloud when you start pubg and should have the correct value of the flag if its stored locally.
I tried on my m/c I don't have the banner issue the folder gets downloaded, again this is logical trial not sure it will work, try at your own risk.

Try Event log look if there are any warnings or errors in System or application logs on the time of Crash. Additionally when asking for resolution give some details like CPU, memory, OS. that way if someone faced similar issue he is better position to suggest.

So I have a very strange and hard to explain issue:

Horizontal V-Sync, is the best I could describe it. When ever I move my camera from left to right or right to left, it's as if the screen is tearing, but horizontally - It almost looks like textures are "hovering" or clipping into eachother if I turn the camera fast. Stable 144 fps, vsync off, tried with gsync both on and off. It's just enough to constantly notice it, but not egregious enough to be unplayable... Though I'd really prefer to figure out how to make it stop as it's irritating to notice all the time. Anyone got ideas? I'm all out of ideas.

How do i figure out the reason for my PUBG crashes? I never have had any issues with the game prior to this most recent live update. I have verified my files, and also have done a fresh install.

I even crashed while explaining to my teammates that I had crashed 3x previously that day, the timing was uncanny.

Actions that occured just before crashing: 1. Steering a car to the right. 2. Tagging an 8x scope with radio message, while voice chatting with team. 3. Opening my map on the plane. 4. Aiming down sight

None of my other games crash, just PUBG.

Try event viewer system and application logs to know issues, if not seen there can be hardware related. check with a free tool called latency monitor to see if any drivers are bad and causing latencies eventually the crash. check heating issue pug is more demanding of resources than other game. Other things that have helped people in past is disable XMP or overclocking settings, disable overlay features in steam, discord and xbox game bar like things in windows.

Its definitely vsync if your system is capable of more fps, if you have checked in game may be check the driver settings AMD / Nvidia panels may have their versions or branding name for it. ex radeon may call it Enhanced Sync to reduce tearing.

Hey all. Anyone won a chicken dinner, playing solo and NOT got the achievement? I have.
So just to be clear.
The logo with two person silhouettes, like the ones on the men’s toilet at restaurants, but two instead of one (is duo), the logo for a squad (is four of the same silhouettes) and the logo to select solo (is four silhouettes, but only one normal, the others have seatbelts across them)? I won a chicken dinner in solo and did not get the achievement.
I have a medal for it. And I have the screenshot for it.
Did I select the wrong one? Logically, the little silhouettes should be what I think they are. Words would be better. We aren’t in ancient Egypt.

That is solo squad. Your best chances to get the achievement is to do an AI training round. That is true solo. Also, because it’s AI training, it should be significantly easier to achieve.

Starting with the release of Deston on Live (patch 19.0) I couldn't play on Deston due to "Error 25 - client not responding", which is an BattlEye error as far as I understand. All the other maps (on separate queue) worked fine, WHEN I started Steam as admin (didn't work at all, when running Steam not as admin). I never had this issue before Patch 19.0 and there were no changes on my end regarding software or hardware. Since patch 19.1 was released, I get the "[25] - client not responding" each time and can't play anymore (connected to Deston not being on separate Queue anymore?). Official support was less than helpful. They asked me to install PBUG new (fresh install, all settings deleted) TWICE, and it didn't help, verfied files through steam and checked all kinds of options within windows - everything is up to date and PUBG is allowed in the Windows firewall. Other games with BattlEye (like DayZ) work just fine. Has anybody else run into this issue?

Yesterday evening there was a 100MB update to pubg and ever since whever I launch pubg, itll load to the helmet + jungle launch screen and then after a second or two crashes with no errors in an logs I can find. I updated my nvidia driver and have done a clean reinstall of the game. The reinstall allowed me to launch the game once this morning, but after trying it this afternoon it does the same thing. The troubleshooting guide suggests I do a complete wipe of all files, which I havent tried yet, but this is the first time ive ever had this issue and I cant seem to find why its because caused or anyone who has had the issue recently.

I've had others with this issue. I found the solution most of the time is to cut and paste your appdate/local/tslgame directory to your desktop and then start the game. it will recreate that folder. now doing this will reset you controls and stuff if not saved in steam but the game should load and just need to manually config you controls again

@left urchin If you didn't enter correctly (for example, added any text besides just your in-game name), they wouldn't have your user name in the entries list. So for example, some people put "TheirUsername (XBox)" - which wasn't their username but included their username, which would fail when they tried to send the reward to the account named "TheirUsername (XBox)". Well first guess is delete the tslgame directory in c:\users(username)\appdata\local\tslgame . Need to have hidden files and folders enables to see it. Then starting the game should work if that's the issue. If still am issue after everything you did I would then look at your firewall and maybe your router settings. Could be some port exclusions needed. But if you played pubg fine before it should be the first suggestion

I've been having an issue the last 2-3 months where PUBG will crash my entire PC. It's not like the game itself crashes down but my entire PC has to restart. I'm able to return to the game once I reboot but as you can imagine it gets old. I originally thought it could be a PSU issue so I upgraded from 550W to 800W but I still have the same issue.

for anyone who doesn't know how to repair install windows, use "Windows Creation Tool"
create a USB installer or just download the ISO.
open the USB/ISO file and run the Setup file and complete the process

Anyone figured anything out about fixing the game crashing at launch? I get the splash screen and then the whole app crashes and closes with no error. Does it like 10-20 times every day until finally it just works and I can play for several hours with no problem.

The anticheat is not running/ crashing and as a result the game stops . 1. google specific to anti cheat failures on pubg if you don't get solution that works you can try option 2
2. in run type 'services.msc' without quote locate AntiCheatExpert Service , Open it go to Recovery tab First failure >> change Take no action to Restart service, Second Failure and Subsequent failure make it to restart service.
This is general logical suggestion.. If it doesn't work revert. Try playing training to see if the service fails and gets restarted does the game still keep running.
3. Option 3 you can have the Anticheat Expert service start with computer Change manual startup type (general tab) to Automatic.
4. look where the Anticheat logs are and share why its failing may be I / others can help more if I / someone else can see reasons of its failure.

Starting with Patch 19.0 I can't play due to this error 25 (BattlEye connection error?). After patching to 19.2 the error is still showing up every time. The PUBG support was less than helpful (suggesting 4 time to reinstall PUBG and BattlEye - which I did). Tried a repair of Windows, which didn't help either. I didn't change anything with my PC or software prior to update 19 which introduced the problem.

how many "fixes" have they done, and my PC is still crashing by itself when i play pubg. it's been 5 months

i literally play fiveM/gta5 online, tug boats, modders, teleporting everywhere, and have not crashed a single time

i got a new GPU, temp was good, everything water cooled, unistalled game, verified game files,deleted cache, and still freezes, it's just a script in-game thats making me crash...

idk tbh, i stopped playing the game 5 months ago bc of this and moved to fiveM iam now a developer in a server

i just miss the game but can't play it, iam a veteran. i purchased the game when it was 60 bucks when it first came out

i tried 4 days ago, but still crashes

i guess iam just gonna wait still, so it can be fixed

this kind of problem (crashing) is like me before the latest patch, my game was stuttering and some of the people have the same problem but not all of em, after the game updated to a latest patch now my game work perfectly fine

so its still possible from the game/connection/hardware

well same as my problem with the stutter, why with my low end pc is lagging, but a spec with lower then mine is better.
And also, if u say that his system work, hope u can help with it :)) at least u help him not just saying that his system got something wrong.

Lower doesn't mean worse, every system (cpu, gpu etc.) Different, if one if them doesn't like that's in that patch.
I guess u got a problem 😅

But what u prob will get to hear is, delete and download game again, clear the cache files and other stuff

@quick chasm @lofty briar @dense rover can someone raise an issue of high ping on EU servers? Since the maintenance window before 19.2 released something has upset the consistency of pings to EU servers. Myself, team mates and some other people on this Discord seem to be experiencing it as well. I have noticed the same while watching some people's streams too.

I normally get 20ms on EU servers but since that maintenance window I get 20-80 ping.

I've ran the in game network diagnostic and it shows pings spiking on Microsoft servers. Every other hop is fine. Clearly something wrong at Microsoft side.

This hasn't even been acknowledged by anyone at PUBG yet and seems to be getting ignored ATM. It's extremely frustrating to play with such a high ping variance.

The next step would be to put in a ticket with support. (But don't get your hopes up - I reported an issue to them about my picks in PCS 6 not getting rewarded, and asked them to fix it before the event ended and I couldn't use the points in the points shop; after 2 weeks and several reminder emails from me, they waited until the event was over and responded that they couldn't help me. So... I hope you have better luck with getting them to fix your missing item issue. Still, it's worth a try.)
